Despite
having
high
expectations
based
on
the
reviews,
our
experience
with
the
property
turned
out
to
be
bad.
The
staff
is
courteous,
and
the
food
quality
is
good;
however,
we
encountered
several
issues
at
the
property.
These
are
highlighted
below:
1.
We
reserved
a
Deluxe
Ocean
View
Room
with
a
Jacuzzi,
which
is
located
on
the
second
floor.
Regrettably,
there
is
no
elevator
available.
2.
To
our
shock,
they
placed
a
welcome
treat
(cupcakes)
in
our
room,
but
unfortunately,
it
was
infested
with
ants/pests.Upon
notifying
the
hotel
staff
about
the
issue,
they
promptly
replaced
it
with
a
new
set.
However,
the
problem
persisted
as
the
entire
table
area
remained
infested.
3.
The
air
conditioning
was
not
functioning
properly,
necessitating
a
call
to
the
technician.
He
promptly
arrived
and
cleaned
the
filter
to
address
the
issue.
4.
When
attempting
to
use
the
Jacuzzi,
we
encountered
a
malfunction
as
water
was
gushing
out
unexpectedly.
We
had
to
call
for
a
technician
to
address
and
rectify
the
issue.
As
a
premium
property,
I
would
anticipate
thorough
room
inspections
and
proactive
resolution
of
these
issues
before
guests
arrive.
I
don't
recommend
this
property.
