I recently had the pleasure of staying at Silvadee Resort on my honeymoon, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure all of our wishes were fulfilled. The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful, tropical surroundings and luxurious accommodations. The spa was world-class, with an array of treatments and facilities that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The food was also outstanding - we were treated to a range of delicious meals and snacks, all of which were expertly prepared and presented. But perhaps the best part of our stay was the staff. They were always on hand to assist with anything we needed, and they went out of their way to make sure we had the most enjoyable honeymoon possible. We can't thank them enough for all of their hard work and dedication. Overall, Silvadee Resort is an absolutely incredible place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

Despite having high expectations based on the reviews, our experience with the property turned out to be bad. The staff is courteous, and the food quality is good; however, we encountered several issues at the property. These are highlighted below: 1. We reserved a Deluxe Ocean View Room with a Jacuzzi, which is located on the second floor. Regrettably, there is no elevator available. 2. To our shock, they placed a welcome treat (cupcakes) in our room, but unfortunately, it was infested with ants/pests.Upon notifying the hotel staff about the issue, they promptly replaced it with a new set. However, the problem persisted as the entire table area remained infested. 3. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, necessitating a call to the technician. He promptly arrived and cleaned the filter to address the issue. 4. When attempting to use the Jacuzzi, we encountered a malfunction as water was gushing out unexpectedly. We had to call for a technician to address and rectify the issue. As a premium property, I would anticipate thorough room inspections and proactive resolution of these issues before guests arrive. I don't recommend this property.

Best hotel we've ever stayed at, from facilities to service, food, quality of rooms - everything was perfect. The staff was so attentive and the hotel grounds were gorgeous. Absolutely amazing breakfast. We will definitely be back, it was a dream!

We were on our honeymoon and stayed at Silavadee. It was the best hotel we have ever been! The staff is absolutely kind and friendly. No wish remained unfulfilled. The hotel and complete area was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was the best we have ever had on a vacation trip. We also booked a romantic, private dinner at the beach. It was just gorgeous! We would come back anytime!

Our stay at Silavadee was incredible! We stayed 10 days and had such a wonderful experience. From the second we arrived were greeted with such friendly staff and a relaxing, calm vibe. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast each morning in the Sun restaurant was unreal - fresh, delicious food, great service and such a beautiful view to have each morning. During our stay we used their app to communicate with the front desk, request cleaning, ask for recommendations and other questions about tours. The staff were all so friendly and the manager at the front desk was so helpful in booking us different tours. Having a spa on site was incredible and the massages were great - excellent quality and service. Drinks on the rooftop Moon bar area is a must. Such a beautiful view out to the ocean!

We have just returned from 11 nights in one of the villas. We had the BEST time. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff are all amazing. They look after everyone single detail for you and help with anything you need - arranging day trips, looking after dietary requirements, and most importantly for us they were amazing with our young daughter. We can't wait to come back!

We've been here for a week in an Ocean Front Pool Villa. It has been wonderful. The services provided are great. The location, the food and the facilities couldn't be better. The staff, in particular, are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they are forever cheerful. A holiday to remember. Thanks!

Comfortable room with a beautiful sea view. The breakfast was delicious. When ordering breakfast, you have to scan the QR code at the table. Everything is delicious. The staff are very kind and ready to serve. Plus, there are many fun activities to do.

👍🏻The staffs are really kind, friendly, patient and nice. The breakfast is amazing, the bed is super comfortable. The hotel view from the top and from the beach is amazing! It’s really pity that we didn’t bring drone to capture this breath taking view. Swimming pool and the hotel room are very beautiful. I like that they have private beach! The spa is really good. The hotel got an app that you can find everything there which is amazing! Hotel take good care of all the small things which make us feel sweet. They will clean your room twice a day. And leave a note and some snacks on your bed which is so cute! We celebrate New Year Eve in the hotel, they arranged the event really well. There is also a photographer help us take pictures. And she is really professional. Love this hotel! A very good experience. We will definitely come back! Everything are all so good, it’s just that the restaurants are a little bit pricy~

I wish I could give this amazing resort 6 stars, because that is what it really deserves ❤️ I married my partner at the resort and almost all of our guests spent a week or more at the resort, as did we and everyone was blown away by the beauty, the service, the food, everything is just perfect and most of all the people cannot do enough for you. Highlights are the breakfast, the pool villas and the pool closest to the beach. Can't wait to be back again one day 🙏🏻

If you think about service to price ratio, you are getting more than you pay for. This place is the real deal luxury resort that they advertise. I suggest drinking outside the resort, go see the sights and experience the night markets and street food, but yea honestly I have paid comparable prices for worse service. Within 10 minutes of calling front desk, I had whatever I required. They not only clean the room, but they organize and fold your clothes as well without being asked, which was a very pleasant surprise for us as we were on stop one of two on our journey. 20/10 for real. You will not regret your stay.

Beautiful resort and beautiful villa we stayed in with a private pool overlooking the sea. The villa was spacious and staff were attentive. The breakfast was held at one of the restaurants near the sea and even though the food was marvellous with an ample choice of local and western options, sometimes it got a bit crowded for the volume of staff it has. Some of the staff at the restaurant were novice, and even though they put all their good intentions, a lack of professionalism was evident. This is one of the only things I would protest about. The rest was marvellous.

One of the Best hotels we’ve ever been to! The grounds are beautiful and perfect for relaxing on your honeymoon. Two gorgeous pools plus most rooms have their own pool. The breakfast is to die for and all the restaurants have amazing food plus room service 24h is a dream! Thank you silavadee for the best week!!

My partner and I had an amazing week at Silavadee. The staff are absolutely lovely; very accommodating, attentive, and friendly. We stayed in two different villas during our stay, and both were amazing; very clean, beds were so comfortable, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The turn down service at night was a lovely touch, too. The breakfast options were amazing, cocktails were great, and the food from The Height and Star were impressive too. We’ll definitely be back in the future

This is a charming and stunning resort. Have great GM now in Alex. And location is magical. With new paved Road it's a charm to drive and walk.

We loved our time at Silavadee. The entire staff was super helpful and made our stay stress free. The food on the onsite restaurants was delicious and the daily breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip to Thailand. The private beach is wonderful as well as the two infinity pools. It almost felt like our secret upscale hotel.

A fantastic stay, pool villas are to die for! We stayed there for the first 4 days of our honeymoon and couldn't be happier. Rooms are beautifully designed and kept extremely tidy, the service is top notch. There is a whole set of views to the sea from different swimmimg pools and outdoors restaurant. It's private and feels luxurious, breakfast is one of the best in-hotel dining I've experienced A bit pricey, especially for Thailand but worth every penny. *One slight complaint is their beach is very rocky and not fit for swimming. Dinner/lunch options could be slightly cheaper.

Stunning resort!! Our Scenic Ocean View villa was divine. Service was fabulous, staff are super friendly. Shuttle bus service is great, resort app is good, and the Spa services were wonderful too. Had an amazing stay there, and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here on our honeymoon. 5 star service. Loved the vegan options (food in general was fantastic at this resort), and they are environmentally conscious as well. Highly recommend, we can't wait to come back.

Wonderful resort. The reception hall alone is super nice. You are greeted with a super delicious lemon honey tea. The employees are the epitome of friendliness and motivation. The room, with a jacuzzi on the balcony and a view of the sea, was a dream. This is how you can wake up every day. Both pools and the beach can be reached by TukTuk. But you can also walk certain paths. Our daughter was greeted with a friendly smile by every member of staff without exception. We are super satisfied and super happy to have been there. Great hotel with beautiful design (Thai modern). Great service and amazing breakfast. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. It’s a peaceful and very calm resort. However there is nothing outside the hotel. The nearest 7/11 is about 2 km away. So to eat or have a massage or to buy something to drink you need a Texi.

Check in experience was very poor. Staff had major miscommunication. Luckily the slim Caucasian GM handled the situation swiftly, calmly, and with extreme maturity. The ONLY reason this is a 5-star and not a 1-star review. We were told to wait at the dining area, 30 minutes later we were brought back to the reception area (not to our room) and nobody knew who we were. Three different staff member (the buggy driver, a male receptionist, a lady receptionist) all asked us what's our room number when we weren't informed of such info yet. High praise to the GM who came to visit us at the dinner table to apologize again. Checked in March 28th, 2022.

Rooms were really nice, a little run down but I think it added to the overall atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the pool we got with the room was nice, it was pretty annoying that it was dirty like with leaves floating around it. But it makes sense there’s plants everywhere. It’d just be nice to have something to clean it out. The ac is fully adjustable. They will come and ask to the clean the room several times a day, and they fold your stuff for you if you leave it on the couch for example. Like one or two shirts or something like that it was a pleasant surprise. The food is nothing to write home about, breakfast was pretty good, make sure you get the breakfast included, otherwise your paying 30 USD a head every morning you’re there, adds up pretty quickly. Don’t get the Silavadee signature 5 course meal, it was not worth the money. The food wasn’t that good. The food there is honestly the only part that sucked. But their mango sticky rice was pretty good.

My husband and I loved this resort for our honeymoon. We couldn’t have felt more spoilt. We loved all the staff and service. I also must mention that the gluten free options are incredible. For a celiac like myself, it made enjoying the food side of my trip such a pleasure!!! Highly recommend

This resort is amazing! They pay attention to the smallest of details..from pulling out your chair at breakfast to delivering a bedtime snack each night. Extra special is the happy hour and sunset viewing at the rooftop restaurant! The pool suites are like nothing else you have seen before; worth the splurge!

After stays at many hotels around the world - this one has the best service I have ever experienced. I love this place! Great views, excellent service and customer focus, lovely people, good food and just one of the most calming and relaxing places you can stay at! Love it!

Given the fantastic reviews, the actual experience was abit of a disappointment. A lot of the rooms and public areas were a lot more shabby and run down than in photos, the doors to the hotel rooms don’t auto lock so a guest walked into our room by mistake! The bathroom and room fixtures were run down. But the service was good and the breakfast was amazing

Everything in our stay was incredible. Silavadee is a gem in Samui. As most, the breakfast stood up. But everything else was perfect, including the 2 pools, the private beach and our room - the view was incredible. Speaking of the view, our last cocktail at Star bar before we left for the airport made us regret not having tried it earlier. The service was attentive and friendly. Bonus for the delicacies offered at the end of the day.

Stunning place, an absolute 5 star resort across all dimensions. We came to the hotel to celebrate the wedding. Organisation, staff, food, location and setting were impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for your holidays, honeymoon or wedding... Villas are beautiful, pools big and beach is very private. What needs a shout out are the most comfortable beds! Even though the hotel is full you do not feel it. It definitely gave us the white lotus vibes as well. Try out the Thai cooking class - it is a lot of fun! I will be back for sure!

Sublime resort. Silavadee is simply a stunning location, with a high-level service; it’s a real 5*. An experience as you can rarely find elsewhere. The Hotel is really great! I know it’s a five star hotel but our whole experience was just amazing. Rooms a spacious and very clean. Staff is always friendly and most of the time, you get the feeling that they like working there and are not just forced to be nice. I had a really good time trying Thai Boxing at the beach! Best breakfast I ever had in a hotel! The only thing you might find a bit “negativ” I would definitely recommend a motorbike to get around the island .

The breakfast and additional services overpriced mess up the overall score... You don't expect breakfast experience to be that bad in this level of hotels. They don't have enough tables, so they make the guest wait sometimes for 30 minutes! and they forgot to deliver one of our meal orders... Don't do your laundry there- it's 4 times higher priced than on the shops. Though it's distant from everywhere, the sea-view rooms are amazing. There are facilities in the hotel that are NOT in walking distance (far and require climbing ...), and it's 20-40 min. drive to the main beaches. We did enjoy the pool in the room and the main pool.

Amazing place we really enjoyed our week long stay there. The private beach and the two infinity pools were amazing. The staff made you feel very special and golf cart you around from facility to facility. The breakfast was amazing too. Would recommend and will go back for sure. Amazing spot.
