Stayed with two children and wife. Great location and clean room. Breakfast was great as well. The swimming pool is nice for families. The hotel has it own beach. I highly recommend this hotel based on location, rooms and breakfast!!! This hotel is at the quieter end of the main strip highly recommended if you want to quieter Hotel, however, you can walk into the hustle and bustle of the main strip whenever you want. It just takes 5 to 10 minutes . The front office team were good, who answered all my queries and also gave us a late checkout. Would stay there again definitely !!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent and has the benefit of a beach front position and a great pool. The rooms are a bit small, (wardrobe in the bathroom). It has a beach bar a pool bar and restaurant with a simple selection of dishes consisting of snacks, Thai food and pizzas made to order. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, an incredible array of hot and cold dishes including noodles cooked to order, eggs and omelettes, Thai dishes including the "normal" items, bacon sausage etc and a full salad bar. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The chef even cooked me a vegan vegetable stir-fry on a couple of occasions without me asking when he found out I was Vegan. Great hotel, with friendly staff. Recommended.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The cleanliness and overall maintenance were outstanding. The location is superb, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. While the rooms were a bit smaller, they still provided ample space for our family. The beach section is one of the most beautiful on Ko Samui. Overall, we enjoyed a very relaxing and delightful stay.

We stayed 8 nights at OZO Chaweng. OZO is a nice hotel located in central Samui, easy walk to Central Samui shops, restaurants etc., also OZO has a nice section of beach with good sand at high tide. Rooms and facilities were also nice. Breakfast selection was fine. Good service and reasonable prices when we were there. We enjoyed our holiday here.

Only day 2 but I’ll give it a 5. Staff has been especially kind. Room is nice and clean. Pool area has plenty of seating and goes right out to the beach which also has plenty of seating and is well maintained/ clean. Breakfast has a large selection. Most importantly to us, there is finally a soft comfortable bed which took 2 weeks and 5 hotels to find. Yes a bit far from the main part of chaweng beach but we like to sleep and don’t mind the walk.

This review is specifically and only about the bed: super comfy!! Excellent choice! Because it’s already hard enough to sleep in a foreign environment, the hotel bed should be equivalent or better than what you have at home. Good sleep is as important as air and water. I appreciate an establishment that correctly allocates the bed as the thing that’s the whole point, what’s really being paid for!

Ozo Chaweng provided a great experience. Walking distance from Chaweng Beach and the Chaweng Beach road, the location is spectacular. The rooms were as good as new but they were quite small for size (I had booked 2 inter-connected rooms) which is the only place where Ozo loses one star for me i.e room size. Their food was the best compared to the other resorts I had been to in Phukhet so kudos for keeping the food fresh and tasty. Service was top notch! Thank you to the staff for an incredible service experience.

Was not a great experience here at the Ozo for my partner and I, the facilities are good with there being a nice pool area with a pool bar however the prices are expensive here compared to local restaurants. When we first got into our room there was a strong smell of paint, we thought they may have been some renovation done to the room prior to our arrival. After the second day the paint smell was overwhelming and quite frankly toxic fumes when we requested to be moved we were told we would need to leave our luggage in reception as the room wouldn’t be ready. We decided we would stop one more night and move in the morning. We were then hounded by the reception staff to move our belongings faster so they could put another customer in our old room. Eventually we were given a ground floor room which was good. We then decided we would be staying for an extra 2 nights but due to the high demand they now wanted 1 and a half times the amount we had initially paid per night for a less superior room making this 3 different rooms changes over a very short period. Over all the reception staff were not helpful, however luggage men and pool bar staff were great. I wouldn’t stay at the hotel again.

Very nice hotel resort, well located in Koh Samui. Good pool and beach access. Service was great - Lyn was particularly kind to us. The rooms have very comfortable beds and pillows and ours was quiet. They are a bit small and suitcases have to be left on the floor. The balconies are also tiny. The only negative aspect of our stay was a large group of guests from Israel who were loud, obnoxious and annoyed other guests by pushing in on sun loungers, skipping queues at breakfast and being loud and rude to the wonderful staff.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Nice hotel in a good spot close to the night life and shopping area of Chaweng. Rooms are a bit small if there are two of you but are ok. Pool area is gorgeous and the pool bar great too.

Lovely hotel, cosy big bed and breakfast service by Lin absolutely outstanding. From day 1 she made sure to check on me frequently and asked if I had everything I needed. On the second day she even got in almond milk. She always had a big smile and if she wasn't sure about the ingredients she'd tell me very honest. Lots of options for vegetarians though they could make meat free dishes so everyone can have them, or at least 2/3. Most have pork or chicken, they tend to alternate as most thailand hotels do with main food. Eggs you can ask them to make how you want them and they did without milk or butter for me. Most food is covered and hygiene very good. The manager was not always available and at a meeting both times I asked. They need to get them if staff are not able to help. First time was because of noise, so be aware that there is loud music til late every day coming from local beach bars and street opposite. Second time I asked was because the lady serving lunch gave me gluten bread and refused to serve me a vegetable spaghetti even though I said about my allergies and was limited in choices. She brought it out soon as I asked for a manager. There was extra charges for gluten free spaghetti and vegetables in it, not a lot so I didn't dispute it but flexibility is needed. The manager compensated after our check out. Thank you! We would return for sure. Originally we had a sea view room but you could see bushes only and a bit of the sea. They moved us so it was a clear view as in the picture shown when booking on Expedia. They need to ensure they are not misleading customers with the photos! Beach and pool are lovely, but you're not allowed to swim if the waves are very big, try if you like, but security will ask you to come out. Short walk from the shopping centre and lots of places to eat/shops as well as massage parlours.

One of my fave beaches. Stay here if you love crystal clear waters, walking on the beach, and like to take a quick walk for excellent food and massages! Pro tip: book the beachfront room, the room all the way to left. Rooms are small but the direct beach access will enable you to peacefully catch some awesome sunsets. For price and experience I give this property 5 stars.

Stayed here for Christmas in 2023. The rooms were spacious with large comfy beds and black out curtains. Aircon isn’t loud which is always a bonus and there was a fan in the room if we didn’t want to use aircon. We had one issue with the electric being noisy but this was sorted within 10 minutes which we were grateful for. There is plenty of options for breakfast, from full English, pancakes, Thai food like noodles, freshly cooked eggs and fruit. The pool was clean easy to access. It isn’t deep. I’m 5ft and could touch the floor the full time. Definitely recommend getting a Thai massage on the beach, 400 baht for an hours massage. The locations is perfect, your far enough away so you don’t hear the nightlife but you are close by to shops and nice restaurants. Happy hour is 241 on all alcoholic drinks 2-4 with plenty of seats on the beach. I would recommend asking the hotel to pick you up from the airport, they charge the same as local taxis in the airport but you have to queue in the airport for a taxi. No complaints and good value for money

Very nice rooms a bit small but well done up. Excellent beach property & location. Very safe too. They were very sweet to send a cake & note for my birthday . Food is not great and over priced . Overall great experience, will definitely come back . Thank you for the lovely stay . Good vibes in the hotel

We stayed her for 10 nights. The place is so amazing. The rooms are super clean and well maintained. Rooms were cleaned every day. They're modern and well maintained. The staff go above and beyond for you. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Different stuff every day, plus all the traditional foods you get. And if you want to book day trips, etc, the lady who does it here is absolutely amazing. So very helpful. Was just an amazing place to stay. Great location in Samui. You won't be disappointed.

I would rate the overall stay quite satisfactory... Other than the fact that the rooms are a tad smaller , couldn't find any reason to complain. The location is quite good and walking distance from Central Samui Mall. Clean, nice pool , good breakfast plus the cost of food and others not that much. Staffs also very good. I would surely recommend.

Great hotel for families, the hotel has a lot of rooms with connecting doors, the rooms are a little too small in my opinion and are not "two bedroom suite" as i imagined from the word suite. We enjoyed our stay here with a great beach and pool and great hotel facilities. The breakfast was good and provided a lot of selection and the beds are comfortable. The location is a bit far from all the parties and bars ( around 10 minutes walk) and 10 minutes from the closest 7/11. I would recommend to extend the breakfast to 10:30 as 10 was quite early for us.

Location is very good, only a 10 minute from most restaurants and nightlife, and right on the beach. Staff are very friendly and extremely attentive. We would definitely recommend!

Except for the room size, everything else was excellent. The service, buffet breakfast, pool, poolside bar, cleanliness and hygiene, everything was delightful. Location is apt for going out for food, shopping, travel etc. The beach was clean and less populated.

Amazing hotel on the beach front. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant on site was delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at Chaweng Beach

The size of our room was too small for 2 pieces luggage. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staffs were mostly friendly. But house keeping can be better. One day, they forgot our towels. Another day they forgot drinking water. The day later, they forgot to vacuum the floor which were full of sand. Most disturbing thing was they seems to not know to speak quietly. Shouting seems to be a common way to communicate between them and they might suppose that all guests were chilling at the pool since 8 in the morning. Problem was reported. Neither feedback nor response was given. You already have lost me as a repeated guest.

The OZO Chaweng is a fabulous resort to chill out and relax. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the Northern end of the beach. The resort provides clean modern rooms, however the rooms are very small. The pool area is adjacent to the beach and provides food and drinks from a small bar. There was a major renovation going on next to the pool area creating a lot of noise during our stay. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. There are less bars and restaurants on the main road at this end of the beach.

Amazing beach front 🏖 and 🏊‍♀️ ! Rooms are only a few steps from the pool and the gorgeous Chaweng beach. Close to everything except the noise. A great burger restaurant right on the property. Generous happy hour cocktails you can enjoy from the beach lounge. Staff are very friendly and happy to look after you. I look forward to coming back.

The hotel is in a new, modern look. Inside the room is clean. Appliances and equipment are in new condition. The room width is not much but the interior of the room can be arranged perfectly. The bathroom looks bright and clean with wardrobe and safety box. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM. There are many types of food to choose from.

Got a great Covid deal at $30 per night. Couldn’t have been better. A beautiful resort right on the beach with a great swimming pool and very friendly staff. Basically had the whole place to myself.

Nice hotel right on the beach, pool is very nice and the rooms are super clean. Gym is small but has most of what you need and the staff tried there best although being some confusion when asking for simple things.

👍👍 This place really took us by surprise. Walking past along the beach at night, it seemed a bit touristy, however it had just the right balance. Fire shows at night on the beach with no pressure to tip or pay to watch, but I suppose could be classed as touristy? But nonetheless still enjoyable. Servic...
