Was
not
a
great
experience
here
at
the
Ozo
for
my
partner
and
I,
the
facilities
are
good
with
there
being
a
nice
pool
area
with
a
pool
bar
however
the
prices
are
expensive
here
compared
to
local
restaurants.
When
we
first
got
into
our
room
there
was
a
strong
smell
of
paint,
we
thought
they
may
have
been
some
renovation
done
to
the
room
prior
to
our
arrival.
After
the
second
day
the
paint
smell
was
overwhelming
and
quite
frankly
toxic
fumes
when
we
requested
to
be
moved
we
were
told
we
would
need
to
leave
our
luggage
in
reception
as
the
room
wouldn’t
be
ready.
We
decided
we
would
stop
one
more
night
and
move
in
the
morning.
We
were
then
hounded
by
the
reception
staff
to
move
our
belongings
faster
so
they
could
put
another
customer
in
our
old
room.
Eventually
we
were
given
a
ground
floor
room
which
was
good.
We
then
decided
we
would
be
staying
for
an
extra
2
nights
but
due
to
the
high
demand
they
now
wanted
1
and
a
half
times
the
amount
we
had
initially
paid
per
night
for
a
less
superior
room
making
this
3
different
rooms
changes
over
a
very
short
period.
Over
all
the
reception
staff
were
not
helpful,
however
luggage
men
and
pool
bar
staff
were
great.
I
wouldn’t
stay
at
the
hotel
again.
