What a great place Great food and team and a nice SPA The Indian kitchen here is going to surprise you 😍🇮🇳 The rooms are specious and the pool is great. We see that the people who stay here are young mainly sometimes families but the vibe is Defiantly a no mad vibe 💜😍

Nice hotel - we visited for a single night after landing and before taking the ferry - for our case it was great. very friendly staff. keep in mind it is not near the beach.

A true gem located in Bangrak! Perfect for digital nomads - reliable high-speed internet, tons of breakout space, kitchen and lounge in every room, gym, restaurant, spa, excellent service, clean, free parking, and a quick scoot to most places. The cherry on top is it's reasonably priced. I love this place! I've been here twice, and I will keep coming back. Suggestion for management's consideration. Add an onsite laundry - by the piece is not ideal.

Great boutique style hotel and spa. A bit outside from Main Street but super clean and well maintained. Also conveniently located not so far from one of the best liquor shops in the island..

Beautiful bright rooms, nice residential area to stay and amazing breakfast. I was greeted by a receptionist who is very professional. He showed me everything and even gave up his charger for my laptop. Unfortunately they have a manager Nikky who speaks in a very offensive way. Although the facilities are good, I would not recommend to stay there to suddenly not to meet this lady and ruin your mood.

A friend recommended the Lanna Hotel to me, she had it all correct. Just a great space. The staff were professional and warm. They made a great tactical decision to have a 24 hour reception which helps make the world go round. It has a nice ACed gym and i enjoyed doing laps in the pool every day. Food quality and variety were tremendous. Recommend without hesitation.

Really awesome stay at the Lanna. Staff were excellent, facilities were great and the food from the cafe/ restaurant was surprisingly great and well priced, especially the Indian! Free yoga everyday too ! Pool area very relaxing although I think it should be an adult only hotel. Not really suited for kids. Only issue was noise at 3am some nights from guests having a party or some sort which should be stopped, especially given the courtyard layout of the hotel. Will return for sure, thanks for your hospitality.

They just try to take every penny from you. Scammers and liars. Location is awful as well. My suggestion: avoid and go to Koh Samui Town, you would find cheaper, nicer and more alive.

The people who work here are amazing. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely and very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Great rooms- spacious, and very clean. Bathroom had a slight odour but nothing that ruined the trip. Service - couldn’t be any better, very helpful and polite. Location - this was more of a me problem as I didn’t have my own vehicle but walking to town might be problematic for those with mobility issues. the main road is quite tight with vehicles coming close to you but again, not the worst thing. Overall- very nice stay and would recommend.

Starting with the positives the rooms are quite nice although for some odd reason they are not equipped with telephones and on two separate stays I had to request a cable box so I could watch TV. Apparently they seem to think this is an optional service. The location is great because it's far away from the main road and the beach so you can definitely get your zen on and tune out. There have never been too many children at the property during my stays but although there is a kiddie pool area staff will do nothing to keep the little ones out of the main pool so the adults end up tolerating their presence or sheepishly retreat to their poolside lounge chairs. Another positive is the breakfast service which seems to have changed over from a set menu to buffet style which IMHO is an upgrade.

This place is super relaxing. Just close enough to places to make them easy to get to, but far enough where you are not in the thick of it. The bed was comfy and the pillows amazingly comfortable! Food at the restaurant all tasted great. I especially loved the lemon cheesecake for dessert. And such a calm space to have breakfast next to the pool.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms were clean and smelled fantastic. The staff were always busy maintaining the property and were super friendly when you passed by them. They occasionally passed out fresh juice when you were sitting around the pool and frequently enquired about how we were enjoying our stay. It is a bit off the beaten path. I’m sure you can walk to the local shops with no problem-I did not. There was a snake found on the property (the staff gently relocated it with no problem) the day we got there and I didn’t feel comfortable walking with my kids on the dirt roads boarding the bush, not being familiar with the ‘wildlife.’ We rented a car and had no problem parking it at the hotel.

My partner and I cannot stress enough how amazing this property is. We left another horrid resort on the island and booked Lanna through the recommendation of a friend and I'm so happy we did. It is in the perfect location, a close enough walk to a bustling street with restaurants and stalls, but far away enough to feel safe and not feel overwhelmed. The pool is amazing and clean, the food (breakfast, lunch & dinner) divine & the staff is incredible and polite. The general manage Nikky made us feel so welcome and we are so grateful to her for saving our Koh Samui trip. We will absolutely booking this place again when we come back to Koh Samui. Please give this place a chance, it will amaze you.

Lovely hotel with friendly, attentive staff who couldn't do enough to help with anything you needed. A special shout out to Nicky whose team, lead by Pui made sure that everything ran like clockwork. Thanks too to Lynn for all efforts in putting together a truly spectactular wedding package for my son and (beautiful new) daughter-in-law at Chi Samui. Ongoing painting and maintenance work taking place on my floor, but other than that, all good - the playroom was great for the kids and all areas very clean. Breakfast brilliant with a good range of food/drink. Wine a bit pricey in comparison to everything else. Rooms luxurious with nice products, robes, etc.

I cannot praise this hotel high enough, The staff is incredible, the rooms are spacious, superclean, very well decorated. Nice pool, soft towels, great food. All is done with love. Near the airport.

Stayed in this hotel for a month. Beautiful luxury hotel, gorgeous exterior and interior. Super helpful and friendly staff. The pool is amazing with comfy sunbeds. The greenness makes a special nature feeling. Highly recommended!

Great food. Great service, rooms are imaculately clean, and there's no gaps for bugs to get in. Was very clean and dry, even during rainy season. Absolutely reccomend staying here.

wonderful stay in the lanna it was the second time and everything was good . We have a free upgrade and it was such a beautiful gift for us :) I will put a 5 stars for the staff but to Nikki the manager OMG i can totally understand the review about your atitude ... you don't reply correctly to the mail and don't take care of the suggestion of your guest is too bad ..but you are the chef and it's ok we know that ;) concerning the hotel in my opinion breakfast is expensive and not so good .. no fresh juice ... no variety it's "dommage" . however we have a wonderful stay ...

I love this place. A bit hidden to get to but that’s the hidden beauty of this hotel. It’s affordable for the quality you get here. The pool is amazing, they have a bar with food and a decent gym. The room is very nice. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in Lanna for 2 days. The hotel rooms are clean, beautiful, and have exceptionally amazing interior. They provide small kitchen having basic amenities such as microwave, refridgerator, induction and also cooking utensils if requested. The view outside room is a lovely pool view. About the restaurant, the breakfast menu has several good options and they are delicious. The hotel staff was polite and supported us throughout the stay! Thanks to them for this amazing stay!

Beautiful little gem tucked away in a peaceful yet convenient location. Warm inviting staff, especially the GM - Nikky. Daily morning yoga for free & evening yoga twice a week also for free. Beautiful atmosphere, gorgeous decor, inviting pool. Currently doing monthly rentals which can only be described as a steal!!! Place seems brand new but is far from it, just cared for lovingly. Without hesitation, would stay again.

Obnoxious hotel manager and typical lazy island staff. Really bad food at the bar. I’d pass on staying here if I were you. 50/50 chance they will leave a disingenuous response below. Such a disappointing experience.

Stayed for 7 nights. Huge hotel suite with pool at door. Hired a scooter at reasonable price. Food was delicious. Not on the beach. Quiet and relaxing. Staff helpful when organising tours. Would stay again

Beautifully furnished,lovely pool area. Restaurant very nice. Strange to have a 3 egg breakfast with half a piece of toast? It was delicious but we had to ask for more bread and salt...no major problem. The manager was a bit on a high horse and wanted us to park,as she wanted it,which was ridiculous and slightly rude,but we complied with a smile. No real explanation was given,or asked by us...this is a relaxed island anyway😜
