We
stayed
in
Villa
28
for
7
nights.
It
is
by
far
the
best
villa
Samujana
has
in
terms
of
location,
decor
and
amenities.
First
I'll
start
with
the
highlights:
-
there
are
6
bedrooms
and
literally
no
bad
rooms!
Every
single
room
had
water
views
and
it's
own
unique
wow
factor.
-
the
view...STUNNING!
-
our
house
Manager,
Apple,
and
housemaids
were
amazing
and
Apple
went
out
of
her
way
to
anticipate
our
every
need.
-
Food
was
amazing
and
highly
recommend
the
in-villa
BBQ.
-
Security
was
spot
on
and
felt
very
safe.
Now
or
the
lowlights.
I'm
sad
that
there
is
a
negative
about
this
place.
First
and
foremost,
do
NOT
use
their
guest
experience
manager!
Do
your
research
and
book
the
activities
directly.
You
will
be
much
happier
with
the
outcome.
They
have
a
preferred
list
of
vendors
they
use
which
may
or
may
not
be
in
your
best
interest.
They
also
put
a
30-50%
mark
up
on
the
activity
which
is
fine
if
they
indeed
are
managing
the
activity.
However,
should
anything
happen
as
it
did
to
us,
Samujana
will
not
take
responsibility
for
any
of
it.
Nadear
was
our
guest
experience
manager.
She
was
very
proactive
before
we
arrived
and
wanted
to
make
sure
we
pre-booked
everything
in
advance
without
trying
to
understand
exactly
what
we
were
looking
for.
When
we
did
arrive
to
the
villa,
she
coincidently
was
on
vacation
for
the
entire
week.
Long
story
short,
everything
we
booked
was
via
private
charter
so
you
would
think
we
had
more
flexibility.
As
it
turns
out,
we
did
not
get
to
go
to
the
areas
we
wanted
and
was
treated
like
we
were
on
a
tour
group.
Important
information
we
needed
to
make
the
right
decision
was
never
given
to
us,
such
as
if
you
want
to
go
to
the
national
marine
park,
you
have
to
book
a
speed
boat
instead
of
a
catamaran.
On
one
of
the
charters,
they
took
us
on
a
dingy
to
a
beach
restaurant.
When
the
dingy
landed,
the
driver
lost
control
of
the
dingy
and
ran
over
my
partner's
leg.
Luckily,
it
wasn't
broken
and
my
brother
in
law
who
was
traveling
with
us
and
is
a
Dr.
so
we
did
not
have
to
go
to
the
hospital.
Samujana
did
nothing
about
this
incident
other
than
have
the
charter
company
come
by
to
apologize
with
some
fruit.
We
did
a
3
hour
ATV
tour
which
promised
waterfalls
and
great
adventure.
Turned
out
the
wasterfall
was
a
small
walk
across
the
street
to
a
trickle
and
stream.
The
ATV
course
was
very
technical
and
dangerous.
Then
we
were
driven
to
the
other
side
of
the
island
for
zip
lining
only
to
discover
the
zip
line
venue
also
did
ATV
and
more
of
what
we
were
looking
for.
When
we
questioned
why
they
split
it
up
like
that,
we
got
no
response.
They
quickly
pushed
the
blame
back
onto
the
vendors
and
since,
Nadear,
was
on
vacation
the
whole
time,
they
could
not
verify
the
details.
Huh??
It's
clear
Samujana
has
their
own
motives
on
the
experiences
they
book
you
on.
Since
our
trip
had
activities
scheduled
almost
everyday,
this
left
a
very
poor
taste
for
our
overall
experience.
Our
best
experience
was
the
only
one
that
we
actually
booked
ourselves
because
we
really
needed
more
specifics
than
what
Nadear
could
answer
for
us
and
that
was
the
private
charter
scuba
diving
we
did!
At
the
end,
the
operations
manager
came
to
see
us
at
the
villa
but
offered
nothing
more
than
a
simple
apology.
They
even
had
a
sales
manager
come
by
and
try
to
get
us
to
purchase
one
of
the
villas!
For
the
price
we
paid,
we
did
not
get
the
5
star
experience
to
go
with
it.
