truly magnificently beautiful. You wake up in the morning with the sounds of birds. There is no air conditioning in the bungalows, there is a fan. hot water is not available and there is no flush, you manually pour water into the toilet. But it is very clean, the room is cleaned every two days and the linens are changed. The garbage on the balcony is taken every day, it's a quiet and safe place. All markets are within walking distance. Lamai night market is 5 minutes walking distance. exchange office pharmacy all around. beaches are within walking distance. If i come to koh samui again i will definitely stay here

Quiet rooms with nice views and salty water, friendly staff, the pool is also great and the greenery in the resort is the most beautiful. ✨

We booked for 6 nights stayed for 1, The resteraunt shuts at 6pm, does not have soy, oat or almond milk. Just Milk. The room we got was close to the beach, smelt like like ir hadnt been opened in 3 years was mouldy smelling and discusting. The layout of the room has you climbing over furniture to turn off the main light. Then you smash your shins in the dark clmibing back over the furniture. When you go out you have to perform this everytime u wish to take the key with you as it key actovated power. Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in,

Bungalows are very basic but cheap and suitable for youngsters, have got only a fan. Upgraded version is comfortable and nice, has both fan and aircon. Staff is super friendly. Very close to the beach. Not expensive at all, even upgraded rooms. Definitely recommend!

rooms are nice and the gym. staff are pretty unpleasant and like gestapo unwelcoming for anyone who visits guests staying there. given their restaurant is beach front, expect ppl walking through the resort when needed!

Nice resort, location on the main road in Lamai. Resort is directly located at the beach. Swimming pool and beach are connected. Rooms were outdated and little bit small, but it was clean. We visited in the peak season, room was around 110€ per night.. I think the price is little bit too much. But overal perfect for our little daughter of 4 years.

Great location, very friendly service, rooms are nice and beds are comfy. Rooms cleaned daily, scooter hire from reception. Multiple pools to swim in.

Great place to stay. Had a pool inside my room, which was used every day. Service was good too, cleaned the room everyday and restocked shampoo and soap as needed. The place is very clean as well. Right by the beach and also have a massage tent right by the beach as well. Only 300 baht. Will come again

Cool place with cozy bungalows. We had pretty basic room with thai style bathroom. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Near the beach and some stores and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is located on Lamai beach, we took the villa which was stunning, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the street is quiet and there are many restaurants

Water in the bathroom tastes like iron. Old shower. Room is not cleaned thoroughly. Pool is amazing and restaurant is delicious!

Thoroughly disappointed with our stay. Dark, dated room. Shower didn't work. WiFi didn't work. Water from the tap visibly unclean at some points and bathroom wasn't very clean on the whole. Staff weren't very attentive, and were often more interested with being on their phone than serving the guests. Location is great which gets them the additional star

Great beach and pool area, quiet rooms even tho they are near everything that one could ask for in night life. The only things to complain about were the bathroom and the smell. It smelled like the room wasn’t used in a long time. Which I assume cant be true because of high season. the bathroom should be renovated, very outdated. My parents are old and have both bad legs/backs. They couldn’t get easy into the bathtub to take a shower. Overall good but could be better.

Great location, and very accommodating staff!! It’s right on the beach, and the bars and restaurants are all walkable from the hotel. The only issue we had was a strange smell from the A/C and the lighting in the hotel room is very dark if you want the window closed. The windows don’t have a sheer curtain that allows privacy and also light. They only have black out curtains.

Beautiful hotel right at Lamai Beach and Lamai Beach road, lots of Restaurants of all kind, shops and massage shops (not those with happy end 😉). Large Pool, my room could have more lighting but had a private pool. So I can recommend this place.

Friendly staff.Hotel administration needs to get things in order for new guests…at reception lady didn’t find our booking….restaurant was closed including all room service and this was not specified on the booking website/total lack of organisation. Pool was nice, rooms not bad and close to all amenities.

Staff are great average room. The bathroom is old and outdated shower wasn't any good the telephone didn't work and slipped getting in the shower and cut all my leg on the edge of the tiles. Quite bad. The woman seems to sweep the path at 8 o clock every morning. annoying

The place has seen its better days. We did book our stay to a standard room. It was located on the ground floor next to the lobby. There was a light that wasn't working and water on the floor. They did fix it strait away. But the noise at night. It sounded like we were just under a bus stop when it was raining outside. Early morning gardener sweeped next to our front door, and it sounded that he was sweeping next to our beds. So no sound proof at all. I couldn't sleep, so we did ask for more private room on upper floors. The lady in the reception apologized and really did her best to make our stay better. We ended up upgrading our room to a superior room. It was better comparing to the first room. The tiling on the floor was loose and the wooden floor had suffered from the humidity. The varnish in the tables had gone bad and if you put anything hot on it, it would stain the table. Just 2 hours before checking out from our room the power went out. It seem to be a regular power outage, but just before leaving our room we figure out that our phones were still charging. Apparently they did shut our electricity without any notice for some repairs. The fridge was running water to the floor. When we checked out, I told about this to the staff. She didn't understand anything that I said. So there wasn't any apologies at all. The pool area would have been nice, but it was full of leaves and the sunbeds were ripped. The pool was missing tiles and sometimes the water was very dirty. There was a jacuzzi beds, but I bet they haven't worked for ages. I think the location of the hotel have been excellent before covid, but at this point the area was quiet. The hotel needs total renovation, so before that, I recommend that you pass this one.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were with 2 kids who felt right at home. The staf is so friendly and helpful. The beach is gorgeous and the pool really nice and large. The rooms were tidy and cleaned every day. Everything works perfectly. Breakfast had more than enough to choose from. I would definitely recommend The Weekender to anyone.

Perfect location. Beautifully swimming pool area. Always dry beach towels. Hotel beach (part of Lamai beach) looks great but during my stay waves were to big to enjoy swimming in the sea.

Clean, spacious room & bathroom. The staff is super helpful and nice! Great location, quick walk to Lamai Beach. Great value for the price.

The single best thing about this hotel is the location. This is a beachfront hotel, so you have direct access to the beach. It is also really close to the center of the Lamai strip, so there are tons of food/shopping options. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. It has a side bar/restaurant also very good, with decent prices and stunning views. I stayed in the standard room, and though quite big and with a balcony, it was really outdated. The tv was from the ‘90s, and the whole building seemed in need of an update. I looked at other rooms in different areas of the hotel and they were updated so I guess it was just the standard rooms. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We stayed there for 8 nights and we really enjoyed it! Very nice hotel, in front of the Lamai beach. The pool was great. The staff was really kind, the cocktails very good and the breakfast was decent. I definitely recommend it!

The service was great, the pools are very big and new but the water needed to be cleaned more frequently. The massage on the beach is great, and the beach of the hotel is beautiful. More shaded areas are needed. We stayed at the villas which were new and very nice. The premier rooms in which our friends stayed were not that great. Restaurant ambiance could be improved, and the prices much higher than neighbouring restaurants. Overall I recommend families to stay at this hotel although the value for money can be improved.

👍👍 My experience at Annie Sweetery & Eatery in Lamai was a delightful journey of vegan and healthy eating.
