The
place
has
seen
its
better
days.
We
did
book
our
stay
to
a
standard
room.
It
was
located
on
the
ground
floor
next
to
the
lobby.
There
was
a
light
that
wasn't
working
and
water
on
the
floor.
They
did
fix
it
strait
away.
But
the
noise
at
night.
It
sounded
like
we
were
just
under
a
bus
stop
when
it
was
raining
outside.
Early
morning
gardener
sweeped
next
to
our
front
door,
and
it
sounded
that
he
was
sweeping
next
to
our
beds.
So
no
sound
proof
at
all.
I
couldn't
sleep,
so
we
did
ask
for
more
private
room
on
upper
floors.
The
lady
in
the
reception
apologized
and
really
did
her
best
to
make
our
stay
better.
We
ended
up
upgrading
our
room
to
a
superior
room.
It
was
better
comparing
to
the
first
room.
The
tiling
on
the
floor
was
loose
and
the
wooden
floor
had
suffered
from
the
humidity.
The
varnish
in
the
tables
had
gone
bad
and
if
you
put
anything
hot
on
it,
it
would
stain
the
table.
Just
2
hours
before
checking
out
from
our
room
the
power
went
out.
It
seem
to
be
a
regular
power
outage,
but
just
before
leaving
our
room
we
figure
out
that
our
phones
were
still
charging.
Apparently
they
did
shut
our
electricity
without
any
notice
for
some
repairs.
The
fridge
was
running
water
to
the
floor.
When
we
checked
out,
I
told
about
this
to
the
staff.
She
didn't
understand
anything
that
I
said.
So
there
wasn't
any
apologies
at
all.
The
pool
area
would
have
been
nice,
but
it
was
full
of
leaves
and
the
sunbeds
were
ripped.
The
pool
was
missing
tiles
and
sometimes
the
water
was
very
dirty.
There
was
a
jacuzzi
beds,
but
I
bet
they
haven't
worked
for
ages.
I
think
the
location
of
the
hotel
have
been
excellent
before
covid,
but
at
this
point
the
area
was
quiet.
The
hotel
needs
total
renovation,
so
before
that,
I
recommend
that
you
pass
this
one.
