Excellent food, great team and a lovely view. We ordered the “One Dish” Fried Red Curry Chicken with Rice and also the Rad Na Pork. Plus a solid banana shake. Loved them both - absolutely what we needed for our last evening on Koh Samui. Probably one of the best meals of the week (including some rather pricey meals all the way down to street vendors). Medium spicy was absolutely perfect for what we were feeling tonight! Would happily return for the vibe, the chats and the food!

Great food and very friendly staff. Steve the owner, originally from Liverpool England, was really nice. Very inexpensive for the high quality of the food.

Ventured in because we had some jobs to do nearby .We were made welcome immediately by the owner .The restaurant has a good feel ,and an uninterrupted ocean view . It has survived the pandemic with a brief hiatus. The pepper steak served as comfort food .Pepper sauce with local green peppers ...mmm ..Local meat ?, but the chef knew how to prepare it, and as a result it had more taste than the too many "Australian beef" places .We'll, be back to try Thai food ,when we're not craving comfort food .

We enjoyed a very nice Ham & Mushroom pizza lunch on the return tripfrom the Transport Office. Clean & well kept with nice furniture & ample parking in front. Pleasant & efficient service.

Nice food, nice location and very, very friendly owners! Can recommend 10/10 times. Also very cheap, 2 persons can get easily satisfied by spending around 100 baht each.

Pretty much an establishment on Samui. I've honestly only ever had the fish and chips as it's one of the best on the island. Service is fairly average and the design of the restaurant is pretty dated. Prices are very fair and location is actually really quite nice.

Lovely restaurant along the water, beautiful views and amazing service. Such a friendly team of beautiful so nice and chatty :) the food is incredible and we have been back every day on our trip as it is so good! Great Thai and Western food. Love this place :)

Very nice and cosy little restaurant directly by the sea so you have seaview included 😊 great food with vegetarian and also lots of vegan options in traditional Thai style. Great prices as well!

One of my favourites on the island - a chilled out place with a great view to watch the world go by. Would also be convenient if you are getting a ferry to/from Nathon Pier.

Everything about the restaurant was fantastic! We ate here on our first day in Koh Samui and the food was top. The restaurant has a nice view and the service was impeccable. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

A very relaxed restaurant on the seafront. Vary competitive and reasonable menu, east v west. Recent refurbish makes it even more attractive. 1i goo every couple of weeks, never any complaints. I little gem, try it for an amazing food experience. Going now for info am curry and toto. deeeeelisssious.

we were walking the othe day outside the restauarnt as we came to book tickets and a nice gentlemen said hello to us but we had already eaten but today we came to the port earlier and thought of trying this place for breakfast and it was proper english breakfast very tasty and big breakfast you also get a coffee or tea and orange juice the gentleman was very nice and polite so we absolutely recommend this place for the food for the hospitality and also for the price perfect spot right on the beach thank you sir

The best place along Nation beach to go for food and some drinks. The breakfast is great, the coffee amazing. And Steven the owner is great to chat to. Ample parking out front. Lucky Restaurant is one of the earliest open. And a great view to look out while eating.

Great food! Authentic thai & made with love! Their Panang is probably one of the best I had in the island. Then I had to checkout the european side of things their Fish & Chips! Yes It was crazy crispy & the fish was fresh! Ill def. Go back again & again to try more on their menu. Service is a bit slow but that is absolutely fine when you know your waiting for great food to come 👌🏻👌🏻 recomended for sure

We love the food in Lucky Restaurant! It is fresh and very very tasty. My favorit dish is the Choo chee fish. I like it very spicy, but the very nice staff made it also (for friends) not spicy. But also the European food is delishes. My wife love the Chicken Gordon bleu, Pizzas and Italian noudle dishes. On the evening you can see a beautyfull sunset with a very tasty fresh Mango juice, or a beer or … . Nit and her team will do everything to make your stay in Luckys Restaurant unforgotten. We come again and again and again … 😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is a fantastic little restaurant with fantastic picturesque views of the ocean. Stepping into Lucky Restaurant l was greeted by the owner steve which is such a great welcoming host. Lucky restaurant has been established here for a very long time and has truly seen everything grow around them. From cold beers to magnificent food and service this is a must go to place. I came here twice in the same day it truly was that good and the Fish n Chips & Tempura Prawns are a must try. Highly recommend and when l come back to Samui l will be visiting Lucky Restaurant again and again. Thank you for a fantastic couple of visits and sorry for drinking all your CHANG BEERS 🍻🤣… All the best for the FUTURE

Great as usual! Try the Fish and Chips, the best I think you'll find on Samui. The English breakfast is good value. There can be great sunset views around 6 pm.

A bit ambivalent about this place. If you’re not in a hurry, i think it’s a very good choice. Has a nice sea view, the owner is very friendly and attentive. We did have to wait for our food for about 50 minutes, pictures attached. Others that ordered, i guess simpler dishes came in after and got served earlier than us. I suggest you ask before about time to prepare the dish. Would have helped to get some update about waiting time. The food was quite nice and at very reasonable price. I recommend it to anyone who’s not in a hurry.

Quite vegan friendly. Feels safe to eat vegan here as they understand what it means. Tried Pad Thai, fried tofu curry, Tom yum. Tom yum and fried tofu was quite amazing but I wouldn’t recommend Pad Thai as the noodle is a bit different from usual and something felt bit off. Has a great sea view and food is pocket friendly. I went there twice already😊 Went there again and tried delicious Panang curry and it was amazing 🤤

We spent one night in Koh Samui to take the ferry the next day and the evening before we went to the "Lucky Restaurant"! Best decision! The whole team was very friendly and the food was also really good. The view from the restaurant is great!! 🌅

Decent selection of vegetarian and vegan options. My favorite is their mango juice, papaya salad, green curry, Tom kha, and pad Thai. Delicious food every time and at an affordable price. The staff is also very friendly too! Beautiful restaurant on the water. I especially enjoy going there at sunset.

Wonderful place. Thai and European food is very delicious. Tom Yum is one of the best I ever tried in Thailand. Firstly discovered this place back in 2013 and in 2022 it still one of my favourite places on Samui. Highly recommend!
