I am giving 5 stars as the curry was some of the best curry I have since I have been to India. I had the butter chicken spicy and it was flawless, the naan was fluffy and to perfection. Only tip on the cocktails they are not very strong (alcohol wise) in terms of the Samui standard so rather stick to the beers if you do want to have a drink.

We came here for our Christmas Day dinner and it was just as good as curries in England. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our tastes from back home. The spice was great in the madras and a lamb dish was a nice change. Very good prices and fresh tasty food.

Great place, easily underestimated because of the simple design of the place. The food however seems cooked by the order, very tasty, very fresh and absolutely authentic. People here are super friendly, too and prices are absolutely fair (2 of us had starters, mains and drinks for 700Bth). There is even a full vegetarian section on the menu and of course they do offer Lassi :-)

Great cuisine and all dishes are well prepared. Perfect seasoning with authentic flavours. If you're in a mood for tasty Indian culinary journey - definitely stop by.

If you like Indian food this is the place in koh samui to go. Located in chaweng near the beach it is hidden nicely in a side street just away from all the noisy bars so you can have a nice and fairly peaceful meal. Ideal location for a conversation. The wait staff speak very good English and are able to understand and cater you any allergies you may have. Very friendly and helpful service. All the the dishes are very well made and freshly served. A fairly reasonably priced restaurant with lots of dishes to choose from. We have visited several times ourselves and will visit again when on the island.

Service was good but the food was not that great.

Fantastic place. Tasty food. Courteous staff. Beautiful family-run restaurant. Serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian food, along with seafood. A homely vibe and recommended for those who want to feel at home in a foreign country.

The chicken tikka masala was good, my nan bread had a slightly overcooked section, not a big deal. The butter chicken was ok, my friend ate it all, but I thought the flavor from the butter was not good. 230 price for entree and 50 for nan was the highest Ive paid between Koh Chang and 2 places on Koh Samui. Maybe because Chaweng beach. Id try the other place next time to get a good comparison for the area. Bottom line for me, high price.

Food is really tasty but based on price quality is very less. I ordered mughlai chicken biryani. I paid 350 BHT but not enough for one person also.

One of the worst Indian restaurants in samui. Visited there last week . The service was 45 mins late . Food was below quality and to top it all was the careless and hopeless attitude of the service staff in the restaurant.Definitely don’t suggest anyone to visit.

Good food, good service and a perfect location. Just in the Chaweng main street. The decor could be improved and little polished. Food price was good too. I would recommend this place.

Honestly the best Indian food I've ever had. And I eat a LOT of Indian food. Chicken tikka and butter chicken curry are DELICIOUS. It doesn't look fancy from the outside but the food is genuinely outstanding. I've visited twice with 4 years gap inbetween and both times were equally as fantastic. You don't want to miss this place if you're looking for a decent curry. Just wow. Yum!!

Ordered two beers which came warm The cucumber yoghurt dip was off split and separated 🤒 The two main curry dishes were ok to taste when one of them finally arrived after asking twice where it was. The dish that came out first was meant to be a lamb balti and came chicken balti no apolagies from staff for delay we paid full amount walked out won’t return sorry

Pretty mediocre food. I've had better at every other Indian restaurant I've ever been too. I hope I don't get diarrhea. Bland and over priced. Save your money and eat elsewhere. There I said it.

We had an authentic Indian food here. Saviour in Samui!! Amazing location and great taste. The hotel manager Mr. honey is too kind and nice, genuinely guides on everything needed here.

We came here because the restaurant we wanted was closed and it was amazing! Better than we could have imagined. The stuff are super nice and welcoming and the food is delicious!! We definitely recommend this one

The food was simple and therefore satisfactory. The service was good, fast and engaged. I saw the waitress cleaning the table after each customer. But the smell of this place was partly really horrible. At the end, in order to wash my hands, we saw the toilet - it was the worst I have seen in my life. Luckily, I have not seen other places in this restaurant. You better don’t know sometimes.

what's not to like about a ruby,this place didn't fail .I normally share with my wife but she's not here so full portion of food for me .I had onion badges starter ,chicken madras main ,Bombay potato and a japati. all portions were big,I asked the ladie if I could take what I had left home which was at least half 😅 no problem were going again before we leave samuhi......keep up the good work

Serves the taste that you need when you're away from India. It's in the heart of Chaweng Beach road, at the entrance of the Elephant Beach club. Taste is OK, very blunt with the salt. Orders will take time but is worthy to get steaming hot food. The plain rice serving is just a small bowl and therefore for only one person.

Food was fantastic, but disappointed by staff there just 10 customers were there before us but no one came for taking order so finally i went to the counter for order but then staff replied sir we can take order but you have wait atleast 45 minutes… was amazed only 10 customers in whole restaurant and waiting time 45 minutes….🤕
