👍👍 A fantastic Thai restaurant just outside Fisherman's Village and well worth the walk. Food is authentic, fresh, and bursting with flavor. We went back 2 times as was great. Another great local thai restaurant serving great food at reasonable prices. There were 8 of us so we tried many different dishes and all of them were excellent. The owner is very charming and the staff were extremely pleasant and attentive.

Fun spot with very good french bread and wonderfully spicy Thai food. In my month on the island I found many restaurants would serve sweetened versions of Thai dishes even when I would ask for something spicy. They have the option for sweet but as the name suggests you can get the traditional spicy! The staff and owner are most kind and welcoming.

Very good restaurant. Not the cheapest option for authentic Thai food in the area, but the quality and tastiness is higher than average. They do have vegetarian options, even if not mentioned on the menu. Just ask for tofu as a replacement for chicken, duck or shrimp.

My wife and I have wanted to try as many of the authentic local Thai restaurants on Koh Samui as we can, and this one has been our favourite. The red, green and Panang curries are the best we’ve had in either Bangkok or Koh Samui, and the chilli basil is amazing. I also highly recommend the Tom kha gai, and the Tom yum. We come every day we’re in Fisherman’s Village. The chef has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with managing restaurants in hotels and even having a Thai restaurant in France, and as a result speaks Thai, French and English quite well! Both the French owner and the Thai chef are incredibly nice and personable, coming and talking with you, and sharing funny stories. You can tell the chef prides himself in his work as he personally presents you the food, and makes sure everything is up to your standards. They go to the market every day to make sure they only use fresh ingredients. The prices are pretty good as well. Many different places online have recommended The Hut, but this places far exceeded The Hut in flavour, quality and hospitality. If you make it to Bophut, you must try this place at least once.

Lovely food with lovely host. Very reasonably priced Thai food with some western options also (baguettes etc). Much cheaper than the main strip in Fisherman's Village and on 2 minutes away. Pete, Pascal and Baan are lovely hosts.

Favourite restaurant in Koh Samui!! Absolutely delicious food! Also, I have some food allergies, and the chef talked me through everything in the dish so I’d know it was safe for me. On top of that, he even wrote a note for me in Thai explaining my food allergies so I have something to show at other restaurants as well! So kind!

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Koh Samui! I’ve been here about a week now and have already visited this hidden gem 3 times. Main reasons are: clean establishment, friendly owner, fresh ingredients you can taste, authentic tasting Thai food, and reasonable prices. Each time I try something different and it’s all equally phenomenal. So far I’ve had the thai breakfast congee, papaya salad, chicken pad thai, pineapple curry, chicken tom yum soup, and beef noodle soup. This is a family-owned restaurant that’s just outside the tourist area so it gets much less traction but deserves a foodie following. The owner speaks a fair amount of English and is very welcoming. The Thai breakfast is 80 baht (for congee, coffee/tea, and Chinese donuts) and the Thai entrees average 120 baht (other restaurants on the Main Street try to sell you a “deal” at 160 baht). There’s not much of a view but the food speaks for itself. Do yourself a favor and don’t miss out on this place!

Good food doesn't always come cheap, but here you get what you pay for. Got a Tom Kha Gai and Mango Sticky Rice, a wonderful fruit shake, plus a water, and it ran me 550 baht. The soup was hearty and the mango rice hit the sweet spot just right. Worth every baht for the quality on the plate. Solid 5/5 from me.

We love this place for breakfast and for lunch, and also for dinner! The staff and owner are so friendly and welcoming. This was our first place we ate when we arrived in Thailand and we fell in love with it. The value is great for breakfast, I love the thai style porridge and my girlfriend gets American style woth croissants, which are great. We pretty much have made this place our second home on this island.

The best Thai restaurant located around Fisherman’s Village in Koh Samui : reasonable prices (the best you can find here) for fresh and very tasty food. In top of that, the French welcome is warm and friendly. They are also good advisers to know what to do in the island (which is a plus). The whole team is very caring for us. Everything is made to feel you good in this place.

A nice place with a very warm welcome by the owner himself, and all his team! A large choice of Thai food (with or without spice), and a bit of international for kids. One very important point: everything is fresh, made and cooked on demand! We enjoyed the basics: pineapple fried rice, and a pad thai. Worth the few steps outside the Fischerman's market, with reasonable prices. Discover it, you won't regret!

I had a wonderful meal and experience here. I asked the staff if they understood what vegan means and they explained to me that all of the Thai dishes can be made vegan. I appreciate this as I didn't travel to Thailand to eat burgers and smoothie bowls! I had a delicious Red Curry with tofu and vegetables made extra spicy to suit my palate. Lovely Moon and Bao were warm, welcoming, and I would recommended this restaurant for anyone in Fisherman's Village Ko Samui who is looking for vegan friendly Thai restaurant. Thank you and see you again soon, Moon and Bao!

After a crazy morning of driving to familiar restaurants that were closed without warning, I stopped here out of impulse and hunger. It was a very happy accident. Panang curries can vary quite a bit from place to place, many falling flat. The panang here is a traditional fried variety with a hint of nuttiness. Best panang I’ve had in two weeks searching Samui and Chiang Mai. Definitely worth a try. While not a dedicated coffee shop, they do make a good cup. Kind staff, quality Thai food for breakfast and a good cup of coffee, what more do you want?

Ordered a pad thai chicken. Pad thai itself was OK, nothing special, noodles a little too hard. Chicken however was cold and really hard + it was fried in a panade, some pieces didn‘t contain any chicken at all. For the price of 180 bhat way to expensive, considering you can get a decent pad thai for around 80 bhat if you know where to go. Wouldn‘t go there again.

I have specific dietary needs which are quite demanding. I was catered for 100% . With a very helpful and I experienced chef. Who was with a smile always willing to please. The flavors I experienced here are and were amazing. Desert was necessary a flavor sensation. Totally recommend any meal you feel like.
