This
experience
was
a
once
in
a
life
time.
The
food
from
start
to
finish
was
amazing.
We
had
the
5
course
menu
which
started
with
a
soup
and
salmon
amuse
bouche,
this
took
me
back
to
a
childhood
memory
with
the
flavours.
The
next
was
escargot,
which
ive
never
tried
before
and
to
my
excitement,
were
delicious
and
very
flavorful.
My
partner
had
the
scallops
which
he
said
were
the
best
scallops
he
had
in
30
years.
The
seafood
trilogy
was
next
including
tuna
fish
and
lobster
tail
which
was
also
amazing,
perfectly
cooked
and
lots
of
flavour.
Between
starters
and
mains
we
were
given
a
pallet
cleanser
of
mango
sorbet.
For
mains
I
had
the
braised
Angus
beef
cheek,
vegetables
cooked
perfectly
with
a
red
wine
gravy
which
I
often
find
over
powering
the
dish
but
last
night
complemented
every
single
aspect
of
the
meal.
My
partner
had
the
duck
and
steak
which
again,
cooked
perfectly
(usually
fussy
with
how
they
are
both
over
cooked
in
other
restaurants).
And
dessert
just
finished
the
night
off
perfectly
with
all
being
exquisitely
presented
and
tasting
even
better.
After
filling
out-selves
up,
we
got
to
talk
to
the
head
chef
and
owner
(which
I've
never
had
the
pleasure
of
doing
at
such
an
incredible
restaurant
before)
and
he
was
so
incredibly
lovely.
Definitely
take
some
time
and
visit
this
establishment
and
get
transported
to
France
with
your
taste
buds.
