Hi. I would just like to clarify that the waitress was great, we do not blame her for the language barrier, she was very nice. Her mistakes were quickly fixed and we loved her. I am speaking to the other staff that dealt with our table. Never in all of our travels have we been charged for a glass breaking, especially given the circumstances of the meal & how much we ordered. I don’t think it was handled kindly, and you can definitely work on improving how you treat customers. Considering the price of the glass, perhaps it should be able to handle it being toppled over on a table. Additionally, I do not appreciate your response back to our reviews from today. I will be sharing my experience to future travellers and I would appreciate more kindness moving forward. Also, regarding the chairs, we asked you if we can use the chairs before the meal and you agreed since we sat and ordered at the restaurant.

Typing this as I'm staying here, so maybe the beach vibes are making me biased, but this place is a little slice of heaven to me. Very newly built/renovated resort, rooms are perfect, very clean and comfy. There's a good restaurant, a beach right at your doorstep, a pool and you're only a 10 minute beach walk away from the fisherman's village. Super friendly family that runs this place too!

This hotel is fine if you are looking for a simple, rustic, inexpensive place on the beach. Upon my check in, I was told that I was booked for a twin bed when my confirmation indicated I had booked a king. The bed ended up being two twins that were pushed together with a mattress topper on top, so it was short for my height. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and the duvet was in between two flat sheets, so overall I didn’t have a great sleep. Finally, I booked a tour here which was more expensive than another tour operator offered, and they wouldn’t price match. I’d say overall, this hotel lacks the professional vibe and attention to detail that one expects from a beachfront hotel. Some positives - the location is central but requires a 15 minute walk to get to the Fisherman’s Village area. They have Netflix which is a great feature. The beach is nice and there are massage vendors right in front of the hotel on the beach - the Pico Massage team was the best! The older gentleman (perhaps an owner?) who I’d see in the restaurant is very friendly and was the only one to show true customer service out of all of the staff I interacted with at Pico.

Stayed here with my wife and two boys last month and loved it. After deciding on Koh Samui we wanted a beach that wasn’t so touristy and my wife found Pico Samui. We were fortunate enough to book the two rooms that face the ocean which was a nice bonus. The place is very laid back, family friendly. Rooms are simple but clean and functional. On vacation we generally either go all out 5 star or simple 3 star. I’d describe the rooms as 3 star+. The bar/restaurant are is right on the beach so sitting eating breakfast every morning was a real highlight. We were there during the quiet season so the bar closed quite early but the staff were happy for us to order a few drinks and then clear up after ourselves and switch off the lights before heading off to bed. The beach is beautiful and very quite however if you walk out into the sea a few metres the sand ends and then becomes mud. If you’re squeamish about that type of thing you may find it a bit uncomfortable. We hired scooters from the hotel for a couple of hundred baht per day to go exploring the island which I can highly recommend. If you live in the centre of Bangkok like we do it’s a great destination for a long weekend break. We used the airport train which took us 45 mins from leaving the apartment to arriving. The flight was only 50mins and then a 20min taxi ride.

I stayed at Pico Samui for 7 days. The location is amazing, very close to eateries, massage places and the Fisherman's Village. Pico Samui is right on the beach so you have a view and the sound of the waves all day and night long! The rooms are good and clean, but pretty basic for the money. The staff are helpful and very organized. My main issue with the place was food, it was absolutely horrendous. I was looking forward to at least basic Thai food, but chicken was overcooked, noodle soup had absolutely no flavor, morning coffee was sometimes a full cup, sometimes a half cup. Service was incredibly slow. We ended up going out for every meal, which isn't really what you expect to do when you book a stay on the beach. Another issue was room service, room was not cleaned well, water was forgotten, cups with left over coffee wasn't replaced. On days we did not request room service, we did not get the bottles of water. Small bottles costed upwards of 100 Baht which right outside were 30 Baht. A huge mark up for a fairly basic place. Taxis were also heavily marked up. So while I absolutely enjoyed the location, which was my favorite part - the food, the service and the extra costs really left a lot to be desired.

I love this place. People are kind. Food is good. Restaurant has a nice beach view. The beach is clean and tidy. The rooms are perfectly clean and everything is reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a good place to stay in Samui than this is the right address for you.

Stayed for 4 nights here and loved it every second!! A small tiny cottage that feels warmth and private. Seems just reopen and some is under development but doesn’t impact your holiday and comfort at all. Caretakers are the best, lovely, warm and trying to be accommodating as much as possible. They have everything you need with reasonable price start from tour, ferry, scooter and taxi. Feels like you have your own private pool and beach. Easy to go everywhere like fisherman village where all the bars& entertainments are there by beach or road. Wifi is best and suitable for digital nomads. Resident’s dog is so cute and lovely. Foods in the restaurant is good but something that can be improve as well. Recommended to stay here!

What a lovely resort. Not that easy to find as the road is very narrow. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need, the restaurant is fantastic. Unfortunately next door is a construction going on and although the beach is wonderful the sand in the water us rather muddy.

Great location and service. The rooms are not so big but nice and very comfortable. The whole hotel is very homely and nice for tourists. Very recommended 🤗

The rooms are comfortable, tidy and clean. The hotel has direct access to a stunning beach with crystal clear water. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the bar serves amazing cocktails and the kitchen served great Thai and western food!

I was recommended to stay at Picos by my good friend “Mr Gary” as he is known by the owners, Noon and his wife. Good old fashion hospitality, honesty, value for money and genuine tasty food and reasonable prices.

You got a nice view over the ocean and the beach and you can hear the waves. This is really nice. The restaurant itself is cosy and nice. As we visited the restaurant, we were the only one and nobody else was there and unfortunately we wait for our Thai food nearly 20 minutes. Furthermore the prices are little bit high and the portions was not that big. You need to order minimum 1,5 portions per person, if you want to leave the restaurant with a full stomach.

The food tasted wonderful in a family atmosphere. There were not many tourists and with the ocean right in front of me I was really able to relax. I would definitely come back again.

Excellent hotel. Kind and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms. We lived for 10 days while looking for long-term housing. Then we went back for a couple of months for lunch and massage.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are nicely furnished. For 200 BHT per day you can rent a scooter, helmets included without deposit. The shuttle service costs 400 BHT and takes you to the pier or to the flight or picks you up from there. The rooms were cleaned every day and new towels were provided. It was a very good stay at the Pico Samui!

We were staying at the resort next door but my family of 4 (including two teen boys) ate here every lunch of our 4-day trip, it was that good! Friendly, competent service, very tasty and reasonably priced food and drinks. Casual atmosphere, right on the beach, great views. We highly recommend it! (plus nice wifi too) Thanks!

Really enjoyed our stay at Pico! The staff is super friendly & the food is very good at a reasonable price. Locationwise it‘s very close to Fishermans Village (about 10 mins walk). The rooms are clean and everything was perfect. Would definitely come again :-)

We had a sea view room, but better not book these/room 15, most of view is a concrete wall, all day long loud music from restaurant and no privacy at all. Walk to Fisherman’s Village 15 minutes. We rented a car during our stay.

The bungalows were freshly renovated and really nice! Awesome food and the staff was super kind and helpful :-) just a short walk to fisherman’s village. The guy who worked the bar/ restaurant was great - we really enjoyed our stay!

One of our favourite places to visit for a great Thai lunch. Right on the beachfront, fantastic beach themed decor and the family that own Pico's are always very welcoming, super smiley and friendly. We've tried so many dishes but some of the highlights for us were the fried rice dishes, papaya salad, vegetarian red curry & the pork with pineapple & ginger, delicious & authentic Thai cooking.

The hotel is nice and right in front of the beach. The area is quiet and it's only 10 minutes walking to the Fisherman's village. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite comfortable but the cleaning service needs to be improved, especially the bathroom needs to be properly clean.

Very good stay. The staff are super friendly and caring. The location on the beach is wonderful, away from the crowds and a 15 mins walk along the beach to get to the village. Smart tv. The bed is firm. The food is tasty. Good value. Will stay here again.
