I give this place 5 stars even though it’s not ! Outstanding bungalows serviced everyday gardens are beautiful pool side is beautiful and the beach is right there with there on deckchairs which are placed every morning! Breakfast was included and its outstanding food from western through to Local Thai. The staff are super friendly and so helpful! What a great find even great restaurants on the the main drag but remember still is Covid so not a lot open like it used to be but great options! Highly recommended Thanks to staff who have made my stay outstanding.

Hotel located almost at the end of Chaweng beach. Quiet stretch of Chaweng with less activities during post COVID. Simple reception area but with cozy decor room option. Worth a stay for the price you pay. Decent pool size by the beach. There's a massage service by the beach with Hotel sundeck chair. Nice beach sand. Breakfast is simple with adequate food for every guest. Good coffee at the breakfast area. The male bartender & server doesn't seem friendly as compared to the female staff. Overall, the stay here is pleasant but the service from the bar & restaurant need to improve(more smile pls). Limited carpark lots for max 7 car. Insufficient of adapter plug for guest use.

Excellent resort with very beautiful beach with lots of shade and included beach loungers and an umbrella. The staff is super friendly and breakfast was great with lots if variety. The beach has a crystal clear water with only sand beneath. The only thing is you are a bit away from action but it is well worth it. Would recommend and will come again.

When we first arrived things were great then after 5 days things went rapidly downhill .Day 7 it took my wife 20 minutes to get a drink no one at the bar. Then in the evening we ordered drinks in the restaurant it took 25 minuets we ordered a meal 1hour 15 minuets ago we have walked out. By the way we were the only guests in the restaurant. I asked for the meal to be delivered to our room and almost 1hour later still havent got our meal. We are angry and very hungry normally only give good reviews but this is the exception.

First impressions were good, then it led to a stinky truth. We were were kindly “upgraded” to another room from the one we booked, which included a jacuzzi (not been cleaned in a long time…) and the shower was extremely mouldy and made the room smell terrible. Compared to other places we had visited in Thailand the hotel was expensive and food and drink was more than we were used too. Unfortunately I think the Chaweng beach area has struggled to recover after covid (with the exception of the beach resorts). Also don’t accept the first price the hotel offer for the airport transfer as we were initially offered 500 baht which came down to 300 baht for two of us, haggling with a hotel isn’t the most professional.

Nothing to describe than feel like second home! Cannot find anything to complain. Even the hotel itself quite old but still under good maintenance. Location with beach is superb. Staffs here working with heart, especially Khun Tom(resort manager) Pong/Wut/Pae and everyone was so helpful and generous to us. Thanks for such memorable experience :)

Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The location is great because it’s close enough to walk to the shops and bars but far enough away not to hear any of the noise. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Good size pool with plenty of sun beds around pool and on the beach. The restaurant area is a great spot looking out at the sea. The noise of the AC units in all the rooms was very loud, I think they need to be serviced. We had to turn it off at night because it was too loud. In our room there was a door into the next door room- It was locked but it offered very little sound protection and we could hear the neighbours a lot. The room also smelled a bit damp. The breakfast is okay, could use some more variety especially for vegetation option. They could also do with an additional coffee machine as there is always a queue and it frequently stopped working. Overall good value for money and would consider staying again.

Excellent clean property right at the beach. The beach is really nice. We had informed them about our requirements regarding vegetarian and Jain food for another family. The team took care of the same as they prepared fresh fried rice and saute veggies as per our requirement in the morning. Thanking the entire staff for being helpful.

We stayed in Chaweng Cove for four nights in early November. The room was a very good size and modern enough. A few downsides for us: there was no smart TV and only 10 channels available (not a necessary but we have had this in other hotels at a similar price), there are no hooks at all in the room or bathroom so no where to hang towels up after use, and the wifi is truly shocking - it didn’t bother us bc we bought Thai sims anyway but you can’t rely on the wifi. The beach was lovely and the pool was very nice too with three different levels and it was never busy. The location is also great, plenty of shops and restaurants around and 20min walk to the nightlife if you want it. Breakfast was only ok, a limited option compared to other places we’ve been. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but we had some laundry done and it came back dirty still which was annoying as we’d paid for the more expensive service. I didn’t realise until I was putting the item on on my last morning and we had a flight to catch so didn’t get a chance to deal with it. A good option for the price in Koh Samui where things can be very expensive but you will have better breakfasts out so don’t worry to include that in your booking.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, well-maintained facility, and clean rooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower worked well - which isn't always the case elsewhere. The prices at the pool bar are fair, as well as the hotel's taxi service, which we used several times. Definitely recommendable. Make sure to book a bungalow or room with balcony - otherwise you will get a room towards the street which is noisy. We had one and switched to a balcony room after one night.

Chaweng Cove is an incredibly beautiful and relatively cheap place to live. Incredibly pleasant staff who provide the best service for you and yours. You really feel welcome in this place! Recommended++++

Resort was fine, a little bit older with signs of wear around the property. Nice beach. Staff were friendly. Pool is great. Good value for the money.

Just spent 9 nights here recently. My deluxe room was clean and comfortable. A special mention to the friendly bar man who made me feel welcome and a credit to your hotel. The gardener does an amazing job. Grounds are beautiful.

Chaweng cove was not amazing but not terrible. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the Chaweng area again. Happy hour deal was good during the afternoon. Rooms were fine, a little noisy and we could hear most everything outside on the street and in the hallways. Not expensive though and helped us with the scooter rental so that was convenient

Loved it! Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing breakfast!! so much choices, that you can eat different thing everyday (fruit, jogurt, pastries, eggs omlete, thai food, toasts and jam, honey, even chocolate muffins....etc. The beach was clean and had a lot of shade (chairs included). Pool was also nice and big.

Me and my husband had nice relaxing stay here, we didn’t need to go out for dining. Breakfast buffet was convenient, staff are nice and prices of food and beverages are not reasonable. The best part is the beach, so clean, sandy, no stones in the water, and long enough to have a walk. I recommend for simple relaxing budget vacation.

The rooms are really old and loud. Our firat room had an AC which sounded like a hair dryer on full speed. Because of that and the immense street noice, we switched to a bungalow. Problem there was a machine right behind it, which made the whole room sound like a machine hall, rather than a peacefull beach bungalow. I know that not many rooms have this issue but if you happen to get our room, you might not sleep very well. Pool, breakfast and staff were good.

We've stayed here 4 times over several years and love it here. The staff are all great. A kind woman at the front desk connected us with a man that got us the Thai discount when we bought a new car! The breakfast buffet on their beautiful restaurant terrace on the beach is great. Well worth buying a room that includes breakfast. We've stayed at the Chaweng Budget Hotel across the street to save a few times too. It included breakfast and use of the little gym at the main resort. The 3 pools are very nice. We've never used them because the beach is gorgeous and the sea is war. The depth is shallow and okay for kids as long as there's no red riptide flag posted. I've never had a problem with that or dangerous marine life in the 29 years I've been coming to Koh Samui. The resort next door has just ruined the beach, however. They've installed permanent buoys and nets to block off the beach. We loved Chaweng for the long natural beach. That is now ruined and the resort next door is turning Chaweng into Pattaya.

Okay hotel, the service could be better as we waited some time and the staff had trouble with our order. The rooms get cleaned everyday and sometimes they forget to add more toilet paper rolls or our towels, but the reception is quick to remedy. They also to peat control, which is nice.

Hotel is very nice, clean room, area of the hotel itself is very green and tidy. Restaurant by the beach with beautiful view. Food is good. The street behind was very dirty and dusty. Better to walk towards village center on the beach. Really liked the hotel and the beach, but walking road with all shops and restaurant not so much.

The place was awesome. I guess the only downside was the service specially the housekeeping. They ran out of toiletries, couldn't replace our bathrobes, said they'd ran out. Plus the sands were everywhere still even after cleaning it. Overall experience was not bad. Perfect view of sunrise during breakfast.

We stayed in bungalows in the garden - lovely atmosphere. Breakfast in the hotel was average with a nice omelet station. Rooms were tidy, but the bed type not what was shown online. Always mark your bed preference for them even if the website would only mention double bed. Calm pool area. Cute friendly cats wandered around that provided some smiles.

Lovely hotel right on the beach, nice and quiet but it’s only 50baht pp on the open bus back into town. Stayed in a bungalow and was lovely and clean. The buffet breakfast also pretty good. Happy hour everyday too. Would stay again.

The resort is very clean and neat from the beach to the reception in the front. The swimming pools is in mint condition.Very central with a 7/11 and ATM next door which helps a lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great value for money staying here. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family, also make sure to include the buffet breakfast in your stay.

👍👍 This place really took us by surprise. Walking past along the beach at night, it seemed a bit touristy, however it had just the right balance. Fire shows at night on the beach with no pressure to tip or pay to watch, but I suppose could be classed as touristy? But nonetheless still enjoyable. Servic...
