My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a complete disaster. I feel obligated to share my horrifying experience with others so they can steer clear of this dreadful place. The cleanliness of the hotel was beyond appalling. The rooms were dirty, unkempt, and emitted a repulsive smell that made it impossible to get any decent sleep. And to add insult to injury, I had the unfortunate encounter of spotting cockroaches scurrying around the room! It was absolutely disgusting and totally unacceptable. The staff at this hotel were equally dreadful. They were rude, impolite, and treated me with utter disrespect. It was shocking to see how they could be so unprofessional and injurious with their words. It seemed like they had no regard for customer satisfaction whatsoever. Furthermore, I strongly suspect this hotel is engaged in deceptive practices. I believe they pay people to write positive reviews for them, which is nothing short of a scam. It's disheartening to see such dishonesty and lack of integrity from a supposed hospitality establishment. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to stay at this dreadful place, even if it were offered for free. It was a nightmarish experience that left me feeling robbed of both my money and my peace of mind. I implore you to stay away from this hotel and find a much better, cleaner, and more respectful place to stay during your travels.

A rip-off, do not stay here. it's dirty, it's not a hotel more of a sort of hostel with rooms for rent, the staff is very rude and unprofessional and cannot speak English. a horrible experience. stay away from this place.

The hotel has an exit to the beach, which I used, I was with children, instead of being explained calmly, Staff member started fighting and shouting. I apologized and told them that I would not use this way again, but they still did not stop fighting. Finally, the manager came out, calling me “boring” and waving his hands. Even if it's a good hotel, I still wouldn't recommend it because of such a rough and aggressive staff. Of course nobody understands English!

Been traveling around Koh Samui for a few months and have stayed at a lot of different hotels. Out of the hotels I have stayed, this is one of my favorites. It is a small property with only a handful of rooms. Because of the small number of rooms/guests, I felt like the service was great and that the staff really took great care of me. It is a really interesting hotel with you being surrounded with a lot of nature and animals. With the small number of rooms, nature and animals, friendly service and staff, I felt like it was a one of the more relaxing hotels that I have stayed at.

This hotel needs some maintenance and the price is way to high for what it’s offering. I want this to be constructive so this was what I didn’t like. First of all when I arrived the beach was super dirty with full of plastic. I told the staff and they said it was cleaned in the morning - I just thought - ok - but its very dirty now and how much does it cost to clean it twice a day if it’s necessary? It all depends on the currents after all. You need to be flexible here. Secondly there seem to be only one staff member with glasses at the service desk that speaks proper English the other young girls just look at you with big eyes and cannot respond in English or even seem to understand you. They use and look at their phones all the time to watch movies or whatever - maybe they should download apps like Duolingo where you can learn English for free so they can be of help to the people that pay them (hotel guests). Also more smiling or at least pretending to be friendly would help too. Thirdly there were holes in the old table cloths on my room. Textiles shouldn’t be that old. Even for an old school look - it’s just too much. This basically stands for the rest of the Hotel. It could be pimped up with little things like a mirror light in the bathroom for 20€ as the lighting in the bathroom is really bad if you wanna put make up on for example. Also the tiles in bathroom floor could be properly cleaned that there is no black dirt/fungus in it anymore. The tiles could be way more stylish anyways and should be replaced. Fourthly the entrance of the Hotel looks like a garage with lots of tools almost. This should be covered somehow. It doesn’t look nice this way. After all it’s very pricy for Thailand and I wonder where the money went. After all I do like the old school look of the hotel. It’s like a museum almost. I love the old furniture. With a little investment of the owner and with better educated staff it could be turned into something extraordinary. And before I forget it - there is a little Pomeranian dog living in the hotel. Please do cut his toe nails - this breed needs our help for that. They were so long that he probably has problems walking. I have a dog too. Seeing that was torture to me.

The room was very clean and tidy, loved our stay here. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any requests, including sourcing a scooter for us. Nice to be down the quieter end of the beach but still able to walk to the busy areas. Beautiful beachfront area for breakfast each day. The stay felt very homely, only comment would be that the rooms are a villa style and possibly a little dated due to this but doesn’t affect your stay at all. Would recommend highly and would stay again.

We came for a one night stay. The room was musty, smelly and old, my husband had trouble breathing due to the condition of the room The breakfast was wonderful though!! You can hear the waves from your room- right on the beach. The staff is friendly but we would not return here unfortunately because of the room

Great boutique hotel with a very chilled vibe, breakfast overlooking the beach, free kayaks, a great place to relax. Note Chaweng is still not remotely close to recovered from Covid so if you want a more lively time pick Lamai. It's fine for just going out for dinner though but limited options. Also beware of Koh Samui taxi mafia. Get a bike or get a car, they don't deserve your money.

The owner and staff are wonderful and very friendly. We felt really welcome and well looked after. My husband was unwell for one day during our stay and a lady who worked there (who I think may have been the owner) knocked on our door and left a bunch of bananas for my ill husband. They also made sure that I had some fruit to take with me on a day trip when the pickup time was before breakfast. The setting for breakfast is lovely overlooking the sea. The roti pancakes with honey are delicious! The rooms are well maintained and you can hear the waves from the beach (only a few metres away). A great spot if you love animals - there are very friendly and cute dogs and a beautiful garden with a fish pool and tortoises.

Beautiful beach hotel! We got everything we needed. Room is spacious very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is also served overlooking the beach. Staff is also super friendly. We spent times with them on Songkran day throwing water and had so much fun. Really recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Chaweng beach

We booked for two nights, and ended up staying for two weeks. The setting is very relaxing, you can step out of your room straight to the beach. Sound of waves while falling asleep was great too

Wonderful corner in Koh Samui, great people, dogs are amazing, they take good care of the beach in front and the best shower I found in Thailand so far. Everything is clean and they really take care that you are happy. I traveled alone and couldn't have felt better.

Cozy and super cute little resort at the end of Chaweng beach... the owner and his friendly staff did everything they could to make our stay memorable! Fresh fruit juices and good food accompanied our days and evenings, and the beach and sea were just breathtaking... we will come back!!!

I loved this place! Our room was right next to the beach. The room was good and comfortable. The beach was the best we saw around: clean and calm. They also offer you a kayak for free. You have many restaurants and shops around but you definitely need a scooter or tuktuk to move around the island. I didn't like much the breakfast and they offered waffles that were actually never available. Plus breakfast was included but if you wanted to replace the waffles with something else they charged you!

It’s a very nice beach front hotel right at the end of the Chaweng beach. The bed is huge and very comfortable. There are few breakfast options but still ok. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are bars and eateries across the street as well as a motorbike rental place. We stayed for 5 nights and we met some travelers who also stayed long term. It was quiet when we went and feels like we had the beach to ourselves. Make sure to bring mosquito repellent! :)

Relaxed old style - 30 years old hotel. Good: excellent Thai friendly service; low key beachside lounging and dining; lush garden shady walkways, cool large koi pond with waterfall; room is beautiful old wood interior and furniture; clean spacious bathroom. Feels secure and good quality of premises is well kept and agimg well. Should be improved when tourism revives: bed mattress, install fan in bathroom, provide microwave and tea bags etc. (only has electric kettle with no cups or tea/coffee packets).

Love this hotel. Reasonable prices. Great food. Great location. Breakfast is generous and yummy. The tables look out over the beach and the rooms are traditional Thai Style.

This place felt like home. The owner and staff are super friendly. It is obvious that owner loves animals, there are few very friendly and cute dogs and a super nice cat plus a beautiful garden with a fish pool.

We stayed one night at the villa. Everything was just great: location on the beach close to the restaurants and SPAs, room is clean spacious and nicely decorated, service is friendly, food is delicious and the view on the ocean is just stunning! Price is fair. Thank you for your hospitality and our wonderful experience.
