No xray machine and little follow up. I took an injured dog in and they wanted to keep it in a cage with no hope of recovery and no diagnostics. I took the dog to another clinic who diagnosed severe irreperable brain damage amongst other injuries immediately and put the animal to sleep.

Awful service. I’ve tried treating there many times, but every time the same story: they need a booking for urgent accident and it doesn’t concern them that your dog sick and almost dying. Or they try to change the time that was previously appointed. After these, the same story. Asking an appointment refused by them. Allegedly they have a problem with some devices.. and can’t provide a simple service like blood test. As result they promised to call and appoint a survey in a week, but nobody called even after 10 days passed. My dog is still sick, he is vomiting every day.. The same story my neighbor told me about this clinic, but she faced a problem with dog’s grooming. They refused to provide the service. Thereafter she groom her dog by herself.

If you say you open at 8, open at 8. Your not an animal clinic if you can't treat animal health issues. Don't come here!

I took my corgi here about a month ago because he puked , they told me he could die and it was very serious. I cried and was panicking. Long story short we spent $200 canadian dollars. My dog spent the day there under the vets request and while he was there, they took beauty shots of him and posted him on their facebook page making jokes.. which seemed pretty odd if my dog is in critical condition. They took advantage of me and my love for my dog, also being a foriegner they just seen dollar signs. They wanted to know how much my dog was, when were we going to get him nuetered. They lied, and scared me to make money. No misunderstanding about it. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. The only reason I did was because my regular vet was closed. (M.A vet very good) Also after taking my dog to my regular vet, he was perfectly fine.

Dr Rose's treatment was scientific and evidence-based. We consulted our vetenary friends in Switzerland and they varified that her treatment plan and diagnosis was detailed and perfect. I am a registered nurse myself and from my POV she is an excellent doctor. First class service. Highly recommended.

An excellent veterinary, her staff is above and beyond, the place is immaculate and beautiful. They do have a visit room so you can spend some time with your pet during admission. 🥰 thanks 🙏🏽 for taking such good care of my darling cat 🐈‍⬛

a 24-hour clinic for animals. There is also a transfer and a doctor's visit to the house. For dogs and cats. I'm not sure that they can repair a cow or an elephant, but my cat was provided with qualified help

The best Vet in Samui . I have tried few other places before I came here . Mostly I take my puppy for grooming , allways very good but it's that cheap. But its same story anywhere in samui . Very honest and supportive staff . Pet foods and few accessories are for sale. They also do pets boarding , thb 250 per day but in a closed cage . Doctors are very efficient , and informative. Highly recommend.

Nice staff. Caring and professional approach

Had our little Yorkie groomed here. Staff is friendly, spoke excellent English thankfully and took good care of our fur baby. Shampoo, cut, nail trim & ear cleaning was 550 baht. Recommended.

Very satisfied with service and treatment. Dr. Rose and all team are very professional and caring. They do love animals and their job. Detailed blood test, detailed explanations. Been there with serious issues few time - everytime my chihuahua been treated perfectly.
