Been there in early Dec 2021 for 3 days 2 nights, it was a perfect vacation. Room was spectacular, view was second to none with absolute stunning sunset if sky is clear. From over 20 similar hotels & resort I have been to, this is clearly top of the list. For the view alone, 6 stars out of 5 (yes you read it right) I’d surely rate this hotel. Facility was super great, clean, very comfort and spacious. Inside the room, everything was very well organized and thoughtful. Common facility was also superb (especially view at the lobby and gym). I’d give 5/5 stars for this. Spa was a but disappointing among great resorts in Samui island. It was good but the therapist wasn’t pay much of attention and probably was tired. Overall I’d give 3.5 out of 5. Food was good but not great. There are varieties for breakfast, but taste was not so memorable. But again, they want you to enjoy the view instead perhaps. Dinner was on the contrary very well prepared. Portion was good, taste like a real Southern Thai food with also a good live acoustic music when I was there. I’d rate this 4 out of 5 overall. In short, this is a superb hotel and I’d recommended anyone to come. Staff were very helpful, friendly and resourceful. They have tried to help with whatever they can, thanks to all staffs for such a great services! The moment you experience its breathtaking view, that alone already make your holidays worth spent. Cheers.

I love everything about this resort. My first impression was it's very difficult to access and far from everywhere but the moment I saw the view from the arrival area really makes me feel it's worth and would not want to leave the resort at all. What I love most was the room in terms of size and view. The pool size was big enough for a swim yet you can enjoy the stunning view of the 5 islands. I would definitely go back to Conrad Samui in the best season!

Wonderful experience!! This was our favorite hotel out of three 5-stars we stayed at during our trip in Thailand. Yes the location is remote and far from the main area of Chaweng, but it was worth it for us. If you are young and want to party, stay near Chaweng instead. If you don’t mind staying on property or driving an hour to Chaweng (the hotel provided transportation for us easily), you must check out Conrad. The hotel is the only one of its kind on the island, built into the cliffs where you are guaranteed a gorgeous ocean view. I loved how modern and contemporary all the rooms are! Our villa with a pool was so spacious and bright. They communicate via WhatsApp too while you are there, which was extremely convenient for us. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and eager to serve. Service from the hotel staff was top notch. The breakfast buffet was amazing! From the smoothie bicycle blender to an actual salmon smoke house, there were unique touches of innovation and creativity in food display/presentation that I haven’t seen elsewhere. I also enjoyed getting a floating breakfast in my pool. Perfect for Instagram and everything was delicious, especially the satay. I love that they have their own private beach for guests with water sport equipment you can use like kayaks and jet skis (the jet skis cost extra). It’s not the best beach because it’s really small, but they really maximize the area with cool seating options beyond typical lounge chairs like hammocks, floor pillows, the suspended nets over the sand which are a nice/fun touch. All in all I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Highly recommend!! - Katherine and Bramley

Difficult to get to due to steep hill climb. Once at the top, the view is stunning and amazing. Very private and exclusive resort. Incredibly charming. Villas are spacious and luxurious. Service is awesome and attractive. A must stay if looking for a private getaway.

One of the best Hilton hotels out there with the best views from a room I have ever seen. Food was good with large portions at reasonable rates. Staff was professional and friendly. Can’t thing of a better place to relax and unwind.

Infinity Pool Villa, 5 star hotel standard quality, Location on hill, 30-45 minutes from Samui airport. Silent and romances vibe, grate sunset view and large bathtub. Good quality for amenities, Customize and request any support. Meal in room service, 3 restaurants and 5 star spa service (pre-booking). Good service (Non-excellent) and good breakfast. No drone area. Relax all day and Time flies, I feel like it was just first day to stay. Ha ha 😆

Really enjoying our time here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. To get around the resort the preferred travel method is golf buggy It's a little far out from the rest of the island, so if you just want to chill by your own infinity pool or have cocktails on the beach you won't be disappointed. Ps. Have a massage at the spa.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting, very friendly staff. I recommend the sunset cruise. (Also, a great way to redeem your Hilton honors points! Pro tip: rent a scooter from the airport or somewhere else and explore the restaurants and beaches nearby)

A truly incredible place ! We were so lucky that we spent our 1st anniversary here. the horizon view is just breathtaking ! Staff are so welcoming, professional, and do their best to fulfill your needs. I found the restaurant choices excellent and food is incredibly delicious (according to staff, beef and chicken in all restaurants is Halal). I enjoyed the spa experience very much, and the specialty coffee at Botanikka café. (اللحوم في مطاعم المنتجع حلال حسب افادتهم، ودورات المياه تحتوي على شطاف). Hoping to visit this place again one day 💕

Beautiful property with amazing service. The layout gives every villa a (mostly) private infinity pool and extraordinary view. The cart service up and down the hillside was always prompt, easy, and friendly. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful for all things. I recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Upscale hotel, with amazing views and scenery. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great room service. The room is spacious, clean and very private. However, the hotel lacked activities and lively vibes, no entertainment. The spa was beautiful but massage did not meet my expectations. The food is below average, the breakfast buffet was limited. Overall I’d say enjoyed the stay, but was overpriced for what you get and I wouldn’t come back to it.

Beautiful experience. Very friendly staff and high cleanliness standards. Great food and beautiful rooms. Only downside is that while the cliff gives wonderful views, the location is away from any local activities.

This is a spectacular hotel, just an unexpected level of comfort and luxury for the price point. The views are stunning, the food delicious and the amenities super enjoyable, we just didn't want to leave! While there are fancier hotels, with butlers and overwater bungalows, we just loved the Conrad because of the warmth of the team, the awe I spiring vistas and the in room pool you just wanted to live in. We will definitely come back!

Air conditioning in villa 209 was a bit loud. The mattress was a bit too soft. Otherwise everything was perfect. The views and resort were beautiful. Truly paradise! The staff and service were top notch.

Quite disappointed with our experience at the Conrad Resort. Went there for a family lunch because of good recommendations we had received. The staff was really friendly, but the food was nothing special. And on top of that the kids weren’t allowed to swim because we weren’t overnight staying guests. For the price you pay for the food ( 4000 baht/€110 for a pasta, fish and chips, a baby pizza and some drinks ) you would expect the kids being able to take a dive in the pool, considering it’s 32 degree Celsius and the restaurant is located outside ( no AC) next to the pool… Overall wouldn’t recommend this place for families or just a restaurant visit. Did manage to take some nice pictures.

The breakfast alone deserves the full 5 stars and possibly 6 stars: Unlimited Fresh Coconuts In-house Smoked Salmon Make your own (with a bike powered blender) smoothie Homemade sausage 6 different juices, just as many fresh fruits Incredible amount of pastries and bread, including Focaccia! Incredible grilled chicken The list goes on, this is the best breakfast at a Hotel I’ve ever had in my reasonably well-travelled life. Everything else was top-notch and incredible. The staff was attentive and very accommodating.

Great get away from it all and relax resort. Staff is 5 star all the way. Everyone.. arrival staff, buggy drivers, room service, housekeeping, restaurant staff, spa services... All five star. Each room is a stand alone cliff side bungalow with private pool with an incredible ocean view. You do have to call for buggies to get you around to restaurants, beach, pool, etc but they are fast to show up and always super friendly. Resort staff goes above and beyond to fulfill your requests, and the pillow menu is the biggest I have ever seen. :) This may be my new favorite resort. Stellar!

Beautiful hotel. Really nice food and very friendly staff. very attentive. I really enjoyed the breakfast and one of the dinner restaurants. A perfect place to relax. And even some activities like stand up paddle and kayaking. Check the location before you book the hotel you should see that's quite remote. But that's what I love about it! My favourite hotel in Samui!

The best resort experience ever! The staff are very attentive remembering all the finest details which made our experience very personalised. Jack at the concierge assisted us with everything from the moment we checked in and arranged for us all our activities, ( jet skiing was a lot more fun booking via Conrad's as you could visit other islands on the jetski )restaurant bookings/dining, spa ( absolute surreal experience and the best spa we've ever been to ) and our floating boat for breakfast ( a must do, fantastic quality food and beautiful pictures with the floating boat) and the view in our villa was absolutely impeccable! The farm tour was amazing and Aue ( our guide ) picked fresh vegetables, fruits and organic eggs to turn into a delicious dinner for us! We accidentally used our gopro under water without the waterproof protection and Aue gave us a bag of rice and it saved our gopro! Thank you for such a priceless experience at Conrads which surpasses any other resort we have been to by far, Would highly recommend to anyone to visit such a beautiful resort and we would be coming back again!

Had the most amazing stay here during our anniversary trip. Stayed in the royal villa which is the largest room I've stayed at yet. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Kim the resort manager personally assisted us with all our requests and went above and beyond her duty and made our stay a dream come true.

We really enjoyed our 5-night stay at the Conrad. The view from the front desk and the villa was breathtaking. The room was large and well-appointed. The hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. For example, our kayak got stuck outside in the sea and the water activities team quickly noticed and came to our rescue. One downside is that the property is quite far away from the main Samui attractions which means a rental car is almost mandatory. However, this also means the beach - although not the best in Samui - is private and we were able to enjoy the water activities available.

A lovely resort hotel. If you really want to relax and switch off. This is the place to go. With private pool at the villas you can enjoy and relax. Do take a half-day boat trip to some of the islands. Very relaxing and wonderful. Will sure go back in the future.
