Super nice people, nice office, fair prices. Didn’t ask to hold our passport and had a 3000 baht deposit for a 150cc scooter. Scooter was pretty new and ran great. The office is actually called Isra tours though which made it slightly hard to find. Would highly recommend. Also they close at 10pm which makes an afternoon trip around the island less stressful than the places that close at 6pm.

I have used this place in the past and had I problems but approx 6 weeks ago I rented a bike and it was a death trap, breaks didn't work so I went back and swapped it, the second bike kept on breaking down. And I was having to get the locals to jump start it with a battery pack, I had a full tank of fuel and when I return it to ask if I can finally have a bike that works properly and request they reimburse me for my fuel, the big guy refused ang got very aggressive the pulled the contract out showing me that they do not reimburse the fuel when returning the bike, I explained that I'm not giving the bike back I'm swapping it for 1 that works, he got very aggressive and was most unhelpful. Will not be using again

Surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews. I rented a bike from here a couple of days ago and found the staff to be very helpful and the bikes were nearly half the rental price of some others I had stumbled across. They spoke very good English and allowed me to leave a 3000 bht deposit instead of my passport. After hearing all the horror stories this place seemed so good I was waiting for the catch. Thankfully there wasn’t one. I would definitely use them again.

The loveliest staff (yuri) and gave us a refund after we returned the bikes almost immediately because the roads were too busy and a bit intimidating. Such a genuine company amongst a lot of slightly more suspicious rental companies near by. Would 10/10 recommend !

Hired a scooter and 5 minutes down the road the tire blew. The garage said the bike was not looked after and needed new tires completely- not just inner tubes- and that we were riding a death trap. The company gave us our money back and agreed to pay for the repairs hence giving 2 stars instead of 1 but more care needs to be taken of the scooters.

Super friendly staff. Like any other place in the region, there is no insurance. The contract could be improved with details on what the rough cost would be if something would have happened to the bike. We went through the bike together before pick-up and as we delivered it back. No issues what so ever on return. Deposit 2000+passport copy which i got back upon return.

Rented a bike, bike was old but drove fine. Main choice to choose this company is for the simple fact they do not need to hold your passport like many others demand. 100USD/3000bath deposit and a copy is enough.

Have nothing but good things to say when hiring a bike from this company. We paid a little extra for a newer bike which was really good and very reliable. I left my passport as a deposit but you could also leave 2000 baht and a copy of your passport as well. The staff were very friendly and also helped us get to the pier early the next morning which took the stress away of trying to find a taxi. Overall I really great experience and would highly recommend if you want to hire a bike.

Great service, I had the bike PCX 150 delivered to hotel, no deposit just photo of passport and payment for the bike, had for 3 day but only use once due to the rain, on schedule they pickup the bike, all was well, will use them again

Cheap and great scooters, they help a lot and give pointers for good locations to get to , no need for passport only copy with 2000 baht is enough, and have option to do scratch insurance as well. 5 stars from me.

Chilled/ laidback people. Got an old bike that was a little beat up but it was perfect (didn’t scratch but also didn’t have to worry about small scratches just in case) and didn’t cause any problems. We only used it for a to b and avoided mountains and dangerous situations. Anyway, good for the purpose.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR SCOOTER RENTAL. They have very few rubbish vehicles, badly looked after or falling apart. It's not even called Idan so hard to find even when you are on their road. Also, they never give straight answer on WhatsApp insisting we go there to discuss prices. Don't bother! It's a complete waste of time!

Great bike rental in Koh Samui! Great communication over WhatsApp. After been let down by another company (Thai moto - avoid at all costs), this company came through for us! Rented a Honda Click for 250 baht a day, no need for passport just a copy and 2000 baht deposit. Very trustworthy and received full deposit back.

Easiest way to get a good bike at Chaweng! Mine was a new one, very fast, perfect for travelling with second person. The staff was very polite, quick and helpful! Prices are really good in comparing with others. Highly recommended

I rented a motorbike for just one day and it was smooth and easy to do so. Daily it costs you 200 THB and will be count for 24 hours. If you rent the motorbike at 11am so you have to bring it back on the next day latest at 11am. You also need to refill the motorbike with gasoline (at the same level as you picked it). You either let a deposit or your passport there and can picked it up when returning your motorbike. A helmet is included. Enjoy 👍

Rented a motorbike here for 4 days. They have the option of THB2000 deposit instead of leaving the passport. costed me 250thb per day. they only took a copy of the passport, friendly services and recommended. Btw this place is called ISRA Tours. no longer Idan.

I had an amazing experience with Idan in Koh samui. Their diverse bike selection, excellent service, and well-maintained bikes made my cycling adventure unforgettable.
