Great service for travelers in the area, fair pricing. When travelling it is worthwhile to access the VIP room for an extra 100 baht. All signage in Thai and English, easy to navigate. Always get to the pier a little early, they will defiantly leave without you if you are late in ordered to maintain their scheduling.

Directly after our depature from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan we ran into a thunderstorm, which led to dangerous circumstances on the deck. No precautions were taken to either inform us nor live vests were handed out before departure. If they had just waited 30mins these circumstances could have been avoided, quite reckless!

Excellent service and follow-up. I had made an inquiry and am agent quickly got back to me with the details I needed. The instructions on the ticket are very well laid out and it was easy to find the agency at the airport. There, the agents worked very quickly to get you to your destination as fast as possible, and when I arrived at the ferry port, an agent helped me to get a cheap transfer to my hotel. I would highly recommend their services!

Ferries are quite run down, but they are efficient. Both ways were slight delayed. The actual ferry staff are helpful with luggage, but they leave all bags and suitcases on a pile, to avoid being on corridors and passages, I didn't mind to have my bag on the pile and wait for my turn to collect it, but some people seemed to get quite impatient on way out and try to get them bags themselves instead of waiting for the staff to retreave them. Online customer service is great, you can contact them via online chat if you have to change departure or refund ( refund 72h before date travelling I think, check small print).

Great experience all round. I was travelling solo so there’s always a slight worry but the ferry system is really straight forward. If you book online in advance, you pick up your ticket from the ferry office at the pier, the ferrys are clearly signed and the trip is easy. I also booked transfers to and from the pier and the cars that got me were nice, clean, the drivers spoke English and were always at the time agreed. I needed to change my trip dates and times too and the company were amazing! I got a reply from my emails within 10 mins and the changes were made with no additional cost! Highly recommended

Trip was well organised. Ferry ride was very calm and pleasant. Buses are old but reasonably comfortable. No major delays but we still arrived in Phuket 1.5 hours after the posted time- more realistic time estimates would be good. Reasonably priced transfers at either end would be good - taxi and minibus transfers cost as much as the trip itself!

Using the website it was very easy to book the ferries and the QR code was scanned at the Check-in counter where we received our boarding pass. The ferries are reliable and well coordinated. The safety instructions on board are not practiced all the time.

First you have to change money if you like to eat and drink. The beer bottles are enough big :)
