The house is very comfortable and homely. We stayed here for 2 months and it feels like home. The house is very well kept. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and close to many other areas in the island. The neighbourhood is very quiet and pleasant, surrounding by trees and nature. It is very pleasant to spend time lounging outside and the house's pool. Emma is very nice and a very good host. She's very accommodating with any requests. I would highly recommend Baan Sawadee Villa for a stay, whether short or long stay, but it is perfect for a long stay in Samui for a homely stay. Thanks so much for letting enjoying Baan Sawadee.

We very much enjoyed our stay and loved the villa. It is very clean and lovely like the photos! It is located close to the beach and in a peaceful neighborhood. And Emma is an excellent hostess, best we’ve had in 10 years of vacation rentals! She was helpful before we arrived with all the necessary details. We were delighted to find fresh flowers in each room and complementary food and beverage in the fridge to start our trip. She arranged all our transportation and excursions, and she helped us with anything we needed or forgot. We loved the fabulous pool and everything the island had to offer! It was relaxing, easy and adventurous for our 6 and 9 year old daughter and mother in law....wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great time at Emma's villa.We were a family of 7 with 2 very small children.The villa is located in a more quiet and authentic area of Koh Samui. Emma is a great host, very responsive and helpful. She gives great advice on nice beaches, sights and activities and highlights off-the-beaten track places which we loved! Bang Por beach is nice, but our favourite beach of all the island was a very lovely beach at Ban Tai, 5 min by car from the villa, which was recommended by Emma. Private transportation is needed To go around, Emma can help to arrange it easily.

Had a wonderful holiday at this villa with my son and his family. Everything was well kept and clean. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet just how I like it. Emma helped us arrange all our adventures and gave us tips on restaurants, shopping etc..... It's a great stay for family fun (elephant sanctuary, snorkeling and beaches) or grownups. Would definitely go again.

The reviews are true, I would highly recommend Emma's Villa. The Villa is well provisioned (crockery etc), maintained and exceptionally clean. I liked the indoor/outdoor living arrangement. Initially I felt a bit exposed as the pool deck is open to the street but quickly realised how quiet the location is at the end of the street and this was not really a concern. The pool is a good size and was a very inviting temperature. We loved the location, there are great beaches and restaurants nearby, however you will need a car or scooter. Emma is a wonderful host and really cares that you have a great time, providing breakfast for first day and a tour of the local area highlighting her favourite restaurants.

Baan Sawadee Villa with host Emma is the best place to stay in the north of Koh Samui. Emma took excellent care of us organising everything from daily trips to scooter rental. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Villa is equipped in everything you need water dispenser, washing machine, utensils etc. It has private swimming pool. We felt much better here staying in quiet residential area, not in crowded tourist spot. From villa you can easily walk to the beach and authentic thai restaurants nearby 👍

We stayed there for a week and were very happy with the house and the owner Emma. Emma was very nice to us by recommending us activities to do, beaches around to go, restaurants and bars to eat or order. She was very thoughtful of our arrival (late) and prepared few things for our breakfast the next day. The house is well maintained and clean, very functional and good size. It’s located not far from the beach what kids could safely. There were not so many people. The swimming pool is big enough for us to enjoy. Emma is a very nice, lovely woman who wanted us to have a good time at the house and during our stay. Very recommended!

We spent two wonderful weeks in April in Emma's beautiful villa. The highlights of our stay: - Emma's reception. Emma took the time to show us on a map what were the most suitable places and activities for our family (two adults and two children aged 4 and 6). - cleanliness. The house is impeccable down to the smallest detail. The swimming pool and terrace are well maintained. - proximity of the beach. A beautiful sandy beach is accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes We highly recommend Baan Sawadee.

Lovely 1 week stay at Baan Sawadee. Emma is a fantastic host, she arranged transport for us (taxis, car hire), and excursions, recommended things to do, restaurants, and massages, and even brought us lunch one day. As a family with small children she even thought of extras which helped us immensely, including high chair, cot, potty and a bathroom stool, as well as toys for the pool and beach. The location was great on the north of the island, which is peaceful with beautiful beaches and sunset spots, yet accessible by car/taxi to tourist areas in 10-20mins. It is a 15min walk to the beach which for us was a bit much in the heat with small children, but would suit others. We enjoyed time in the villa, the pool was perfect for us and we spent the evenings relaxing in the sala. Thanks Emma!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. It’s in a very quiet place surrounded by trees but only 800m from the beach. We enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoon and evening under the pavillion by the pool. The accommodation is quite flexible and we used two of the four bedrooms as offices. The villa is owner managed to a high standard by Emma who is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

How can I give more than 5 stars? Our stay at Baan Sawadee villa was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfect and our hostess, Emma was always there for us with help and recommendations. We were a group of 5 tourists who got stranded during the covid 19 lockdown but we felt like home and the villa was perfect for our enjoyment. The pool is absolutely gorgeous! We had so much fun swimming and sunbathing on the sunbeds. The bedrooms are so comfortable and spotless clean. Everything is in brand new condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make a meal and Emma provided delicious organic bananas and herbs from her garden near the villa. Thank you Emma for your hospitality. It was an absolute pleasure staying at Baan Sawadee and I hope that one day I will be able to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The villa was the ideal place to stay with family or friends, because of the interior design of the villa. The pool and the lounge area were fantastic places to relax. It was a quiet place, clean and tidy. Our host Emma, was really helpfull. She arranged scooters, taxi and not to mention a fantastic boat trip for a cheap price. She told us where to get good Thai food and tips about Samui. A wonderfull place I can recommend!!!!

We have just returned from a fantastic 16 night stay at Villa Baan Sawadee. Our host Emma was excellent right from the initial booking of our holiday. She kept in touch with us through a text group by sending pictures, videos and local information which we found really helpful. On arrival she warmly greeted us with a homemade refreshing drink and fruit from her garden. Emma also organised a takeaway as we had a late arrival. The next day Emma visited us and gave us a map where she listed the best restaurants and activities. She also accompanied us to the beach where she pointed out the best local restaurants which were within walking distance. The villa itself was amazing. It was very clean and tidy with a great sized swimming pool and patio area. Each of the four bedrooms had their own bathrooms and were air conditioned. The villa is set in a lovely quiet location within an easy ten minute stroll to the beach. Cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Emma arranged all of our excursions, including a hike with her friends to the highest point on the island. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Island and can advise on all of the best activities and places to visit. We definitely plan on a return visit.

I with my family staid at Baan Sawadee for 5 months (from middle November 2021 to middle of April 2022). I can say that we enjoyed every day of stay in Baan Sawadee. First of all huge thanks to Emma - she is really kind and welcome house owner. With Emma you can discover so many good places around the island (5 stars). House is really suitable for 5 people family. There were even 2 weeks when we staid at Baan Sawadee company of 9 people and every one had enough space and things to do (5 stars). Location of Baan Sawadee is excellent only 7 to 10 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Koh Samui island - Bang Po. At Bang Po beach you can find and enjoy many Thai restaurants as well as very good cafes and bars. Only 15 to 20 minutes you can reach every thing for your daily living (hospitals, dentistry, markets, grocery stores, wine shops etc.) (5 stars). My summary is that Baan Sawadee is really nice and comfortable villa to stay. Really recommend

Looking for a nice house in a quiet area and walking distance to the sea? Don’t look further! Baan Sawadee is your destination. We have spent a wonderful week there with our 2 kids and parents and the stay was nothing but amazing. The house is very well furnished, allowing you to accommodate toddlers and cook anything (very useful for young kids). The pool, like the rest of the house is very well maintained. And how not to mention about Emma as the host! From the reservation to the end of our stay, Emma has provided us with very helpful tips, spending time with us to show us the best place to eat, drink and swim. This could difficultly be better thanks to her dedication in making our stay become a memorable moment. Thank you again Emma. Highly recommended!
