The property is incredible. Right on the beach with amazing sunrises. Sit out early with your coffee and watch the day begin. The service exceeds expectations and the thai meals we especially enjoyed. There is no point going out for dinner. The food is better at Miskawaan.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Miskawaan Villas. The interior and exterior aesthetics were simply stunning, the highlight for us, being the L-shaped swimming pool that was just so good to dip into each afternoon. The villas keep the luxury vibes strong, with a clean and airy feel throughout the property. The ladies, particularly P’ Rung who were at hand to assist us, kept the property spotless throughout the stay and were a delight to communicate with. The food was first class, we dined within the villa each morning and evening, we miss the breakfast already! Our villa, named Waterlily kept a secluded feel, yet it’s within striking distance to the chic cafes and restaurants of Maenam and Bophut Fisherman’s Village… perfectly situated. We particularly enjoyed the easy beach access, as the villa was right on the beach, and the outdoor dining areas, for cocktails of an evening. Thank you once again for a memorable stay, we look forward to returning very soon. 🤍

Feeling blessed to call this home for 26 weeks. We are six weeks in and have loved every minute of it so far, the staff are great, the management are very flexible, understanding, and really make you feel welcome. These are high-end luxury villa is right on the beachfront on one of the best Beaches here on the island. What is there not to love!

Just spent 4 nights here in May and also got married. 5* service, honestly couldn't have asked for better. The wedding was perfect and all the guests kept saying it felt like they were in a movie. We had a dedicated villa manager Lily, and she was so helpful and friendly for anything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Paradise on earth. Stayed in the Lotus villa as one of a wedding party in September 2015 and cannot rate it highly enough. Everything was perfect down the last detail from the beautiful views, pristine beach, luxurious accomodation, flowers on the pillows, an excellent chef & helpful, pleasant staff. Five star plus. A wonderful experience and one to treasure always.

Miskawaan! First class service, manicured properties, security at the gate, pools and rooms are well kept, beyond beautiful location with access to all the good local spots and a short boat ride to Koh Penang or Koh Tao.

Just too good to be true. awsm villa staff cook and food. don't even bother for any other place in koh samui if you're in waterlily. (2018) We're back at waterlilly again! 5th time in last 7 years. Just too good. Will go again. (2022)

We enjoyed our stay in villa Acacia enourmoulsy. The villa was in great shape. Beautifull beach without beeing to crowded. Lot's of nice small and simple restaurants along the stretch of beach. Service was exceptional as good as in any top range five star boutiqe hotel. Our villa host Zin spoiled us from the first time we set fot in the villa untill our departure. Allways present when we needed anything but still gave us all the privacy we could wish for. Chef was faultless. We really enjoyed the food and nothing was to much to ask. The Villa team allways made sure everything was spotless and clean. Very good location for a relaxing holiday and close enough to some nice restaurants. Dont's miss dinner in Fishermans village on market night. Gusto Italian is very good. We can definitely recomend Miskawaan for a family or larger group wanting to relax and bein spoiled with extraordinary service.

Our experience at the Miskawaan villas was exceptional! To start off, all the villas are beautiful and the fact that they are all beachfront makes it so special. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and grounds were well kept. Most importantly, the staff was just amazing. We were treated with love and care and our requests were always supported. Khun Jaa was extremely responsive and approachable and she made special accommodations for us for all our requests - she checked in with us prior to our arrival and also while we stayed there. Khun Kung and Khun Tai, our Villa caretakers, were thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable at all times. We loved them and so did our little kids. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Misakwaan if you plan to visit Samui.
