Avoid the taxis in the airport property. A small walk to the street the taxis are waiting and are less than half the price.

Nice good accommodation with great location just 2 minutes walk to the beach where you can visit many bars and restaurants, they cook very well. The family are nice and very welcoming I was feeling like “visiting my family what I didn’t see a long time”. Thank you.

The staff are genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever met in my entire life. They helped us with every bit of traveling and organizing that we could possibly need. The property is so pretty and the fauna is beautiful. Ac in room worked very well.

Very nice hotel, very authentic and family people. A very quiet and very well placed place. We enjoyed our stay in Rattana, we stayed there for 10 days. The pool was superb, surrounded by a tropical garden style, it's exceptional. The bar restaurant nearby and the beach 100 meters away, and the streets of chaweng in direct proximity. We couldn't have hoped for more. And above all, we would like to thank the managers for their hospitality, their smiles and their kindness.

The staff are so nice, since the first minute we got there they gave us such a warm welcome, the pad thai is so good and the pool was also great. Totally recommend

Great staff .They were really helpful and friendly .I had breakfast, and it was excellent. I only stayed one night after a cancelled flight .The room was reasonably priced and comfortable. I was happy with the AC, as I don't usually switch AC on ,but some people might find it not cold enough .Loved the balcony .The swimming pool was great .Rattana is 100 m walk from the beach and hence quiet at night .

It’s so nice here. The staff are amazing! The food is excellent. Our rooms are nothing special and the beds could be better, but they are clean and have ac. The pool is so beautiful. We really love it here.

Room was nice and clean just next to the swimming pool, helpful staff and the atmosphere is good. A few minutes walk to the Chaweng Beach.

These people look after you 110%. Nothing is to much trouble. Family run.Excellent fresh food. Good rooms at reasonable price. Just off the main road nice and quiet. Close to beach. Would defo recommend. 👌

Very hardworking, humble, kind owner. She also handles restaurants, and food here is tasty. The location is quite good, near the beach,near the walking street with lots of shops, spas, bar etc. Mainly arkbar where famous New Year party get celebrated and firecrackers is just few step away, even though you can't hear noise in night and can sleep well. Many motorcycle rental shops nearby like SAAI motorcycle rental. Room has TV, high-speed internet, spacious, surely worth for what you pay. My room has a swimming pool view. Good to have things - water heater, hair blowe etc. Overall, I recommend staying here.

Super lovely pool and gardens. The room was comfortable and shower was hot and air con good (not loud like some place). However what was the best was the ladies running the place. They catered for me by making dishes vegan and they were delicious! Homemade, very tasty and great price. Wonderful accomodation and people.

Have stayed here before and so being knew the place would be excellent. The location is perfect, walking distance to just about everywhere. But also in a quiet spot. The pool in the beautiful garden is my favourite place for relaxation. The best part is the Thai family and staff, their hospitality.. they are so so nice and friendly. This time stayed in a bungalow and liked it a lot, so decided to book monthly. Highly recommended for everyone!

This place feels like a family run business, small but with most things that a traveler needs. Yes, it's old but everything works. Greeted by English speaking desk clerk, checked in early. Room decent size for a couple. Bathroom is all-in-one shower toilet with a shower curtain to prevent the toilet from getting wet. Room service was basic with just the bins bring emptied and towels changed. Breakfast is not available but hot water, tea, coffee is available in reception for you to help yourself and then wash up your cups. Bananas also available. Good WiFi. Located on the edge of main town just off main street but Ideal location for you to walk to most sites of interest in town. Lots of eating places nearby. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple nights. Awesome location if you want to be close to the action, but just far enough off that its quiet and relaxing. Beautiful pool area in the back, surrounded by flowers and greenery. Bungalow was everything you need, and very clean. Staff were amazing to deal with as well. Highly recommend.

Loved loved loved our stay here, the people that work here are so nice, friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are big, clean and very good ac. Only a short walk to the beach and the pool is also Great. Would definetly stay here again :)
