Even too strong for me 😅 I took caramel macchiato and to be honest I would love to see and taste more caramel in my coffee 🙈 I ordered egg Benedict with salmon and have to say the meal should to be improved by management urgently. I got opened an egg and realized I got a boiled one on top instead of poached, and quality of hollandaise is far from original one. I didn’t get my breakkie tho.

With that beach view, it's as if Mother Nature herself reserved the best table for you. The menu? Bursting at the seams with options, both food and wine. You ever think about the importance of that perfect wine-food pairing? It's like a solid relationship: the wrong match and, well... someone's getting ghosted. The appetizer, a carpaccio of local fish, was like reading a decent book with a few unnecessary chapters. A little less dressing, fewer onions, and the tale of this fish would have been a bestseller. The main event? "Prawn & Lamb". A pairing as surprising as discovering your quiet neighbour is an undercover spy. Served on mashed potatoes, but risotto would've given it a better narrative. But then again, I'm here to eat, not to advise a chef on their life choices. However, a shadow did cast over the evening. Enter a flock of French folks. Their arrogance? Almost palpable, like they carried the weight of every French king's ego with them. Ever heard the saying, "Too many cooks spoil the broth"? Well, too many French in a Thai restaurant apparently stage a mini-revolution. My advice to Rice X De Pier? Big groups on reservation, preferably with a personality test beforehand. As for our French comrades? A bit of humility won't hurt; after all, history shows it can save a head or two. In summary: Rice X De Pier? A delight. Just watch out for any guillotines when large groups walk in. Bottoms up!

We went to the restaurant because of the neapolitan pizza and the amazing sea view. So we ordered two pizza‘s and as a starter bruschetta. The tomatoes on the bruschetta were not tasty. The pizza’s looked great but unfortunately they was too salty. (And we are not sensitive with spices).

Great place to eat with a view. Went here based on a Bangkok Airways article. Food is good, but not exceptional, too many western offerings. I didn't come here to eat pizza and burgers. Cocktails are great !

On our first night in koh samui, we were tired and decided to dine in the Italian restaurant I am usually not a fan of Italian restaurants but rice x de pier wowed us!! It was an excellent experience dining here. We loved the food, ambience and service. A hidden gem and will be dining here again before we leave.

The only good thing about this place is the view. My food and drink were not of a high standard. I ordered the brunch burger. It was too large and soggy. It completely fell apart within 3 bites. The patty was only charred on the outside and completely raw throughout. I was not asked how i would like the patty cooked. I also ordered a Thai iced tea. It was weak, bland, and watered down. I was the only customer in the entire restaurant. I now understand why. Service was also very slow, employees were sitting around on their phones. Overpriced for a mediocre experience.

Good breakfast with large portions. The English Breafast was an excellent choice for us. The eggs were prepared as we ordered and the bacon was crispy. Missing from the picture is tea/coffee and toast.

Good views and good food! Especially enjoyed the tom yum soup on a gloomy day. The turnaround was also fast here, so you wouldn’t need to wait too long for a seat.

One of my favorite destinations in Samui! The view and the venue is unbeatable! I was pleasantly surprised that the Thai food served was actually GOOD! The soup was so favorable, chunks of fresh ginger and herbs .... Amazing!Just try!

Cerviche was fresh and thinly sliced. Spaghetti fruitti del mare and carbonara were spot on. Pasta was al dente and the marinara white wine sauce was rich with seafood garlicky goodness. Trust me , Ive eaten alot of spaghetti marinaras and I'm from a part of Melbourne with the largest Italian population.... They might have an italian chef? Only thing not quite right was they toasted the complimentary bread they came with the pasta.

Perfect location for a cold drink in Koh Samui. The ocean view is priceless, the coffee is good. There’s a free wifi.

Good Coffee. Coffee frappe is delicious. Hot cappuccino is good overall. The milk foam is silky. It would be perfect if the coffee is a bit less bitter. The place is spacious and cozy. Good spot for a break after lunch.

Drinks was quite pricey but worth the beachfront view. Cheese cake was delicious. A good place to chill on a very hot afternoon.

Popped in for a quick drink. The cafe is in an old fisherman's house in traditional Thai style. I had a power punch, fresh juices and the good lady had a coke. We got a table overlooking the sea. Cafe in small road, next to ship landmark. Nice chocolate frappe. Rest room is on the 2nd floor with many stairs and a bit dark. For elderly may not good.
