This was the only salon that I found that was able to offer dipping powder on Koh Samui although they only have 1 colour so I opted for clear with gel colour on top. They don't seem to be experienced in the process but knew the basics and were happy to take guidance and did a great job. I opted for the spa pedicure and it was the best I've ever had, the massage, moisturising treatment, acid peel rough skin removal, and polish, absolutely lush

The best nail shop on Samui! Was talking with the owner via Line to make a reservation and they always update me with their availability. Very nice ambiance and many services and packages to choose from. ☺️ Ms. Mo & Ms. Mew was really amazing! I know them for quite a long already and I only want them to do my nails. Such a cute nail salon! I got a normal pedicure. The woman that did my nails was so attentive to detail and cleaned my nails so well before applying the color. Very affordable for the job they do!

Lack of communication between professionals to establish a price, especially the manicure in which the service left something to be desired, pedicure is to be congratulated.

Usually I do gel on hands with strengthening to wear it longer and I asked in the salon for this that costs extra money I paid for. As I sat in the chair to have my service they didn’t even did manicure straightly started to put base and I asked to clean beforehand ( that is weird for me coz I did already few times gel in Samui and gel always was done with manicure before, but Madam dum takes for this extra price even though prices without it not small especially for their service that my gel lasted for 2 days even with strengthening) So, this salon doesn’t worth ur time and money! ! Don’t expect to have good manicure here

I went there with my husband. I had a manucure and my husband à pédicure ! Really good job ! I recommand Madam Dum if you want great nails !

Beautiful salon, The staff were lovely. I'm from the UK and Madam Dum was better than most places I have been to. The prices was fantastic based on the quality. Don't even question it, 100 percent the place to go.

Very nice deluxe mani pedi today for about $55. I upgraded to the full package totally worth it. Mui spent 1.5 hours on my feet and did a fantastic job, so meticulous and perfect. Sa did a great job on the manicure as well and both my legs and arms are now softer than ever from the wonderful massages these two ladies provided. Basic service less expensive and I’m sure fine but glad I splurged and still much cheaper than what I would pay in the Bay Area.
