Totally ripped off by unscrupulous owner. Charged us 4000 yen extra on our bill for a "new law" in Japan that if you buy five drinks or more, you have to pay an extra 800 yen per drink. Nowhere else did this to us so I think it's a scam. Please avoid if you are in Kobe.

Ordered burgers and a beer with a friend one Friday night, and this was our 1st night out in Kobe. The food and drink was delivered eventually and it was good. However, service was terrible thereafter and the waitress didn't check up on us at all! It was like they were trying to get rid of us to get a bigger group in. She didn't even ask if we wanted a 2nd drink, and when we tried to wave her down she was busy smoking hookah(she didn't seem sober) and talking to what seemed like regulars & socializing rather than doing her job. We paid for our food/drinks and left. Did not feel welcome.

Great ambience, music and food. Tried crocodile nuggets and kangaroo skewers for the first time. The quesadillas were awesome!
