The taste and price are within the expected range since it's a chain store, but the other things are terrible. First of all, the women at my part-time job were so rude that they didn't even bring me the drinks I ordered. While holding a highball, I said, ``Yes, it's an oolong high'' multiple times. The level of customer service is also the lowest. In the toilet, geese were left in the urinal, and the inside of the urinal remained black and clogged until closing time. It doesn't feel like eating hygienically. It may be unavoidable for the customers to be university students and the staff to be university students, but there are many chain stores that would be better off depending on the education provided by the head office. It's one thing to say that joining a chain store is bad, but as someone who was looking forward to it, it's a shame. Will never go there again.

I used it for a company party, but the draft beer was lukewarm and not drinkable. If the machine breaks down, they should explain it in advance or offer bottled beer or something like that. Well, I won't use it again.

They also responded quickly to sudden menu changes. It was nice to be able to choose the level of spiciness.

The soup taste was so delicious. The price was not that cheap, which was a bit disappointing.

Nice and cozy. Went here for a date and the food is good. You do need to reserve your seat for a private room, or else you might be put into a public room.

Even the risotto at the end was delicious. Everyone seemed to be having fun working.
