This place is super spacious and does proper dining service. The food came relatively quick and the service was good as well! The highlight of this place is the deep fried blooming onion, it was very tasty! The Buffalo wings were a bit tasteless but still okay. Overall, I’d say it was a pretty good lunch and a great place to dine in at a themed park! It may be a bit overpriced but that is just how things are at a themed park.

Food is considered decent for theme park restaurant, probably the best we had so far in theme parks. Restaurant is associated with Suntory, thus offering great beer even one which is poured by certified beer pouring expert. Waitress is efficient and courteous.

Portion sizes were very small for the price. Food was good and waiter was pleasant.

We absolutely love the food here! It was a rainy day and it was so comfortable and warm in the restaurant. The steak is so tender and flavourful. For the bread bowl, it didn’t look as yummy when I opened it up. But I was surprised. The tomato soup is just right and really appetizing. The portion is okay, and won’t make you too full for the next ride. If you want some beer without getting drunk, try the alcohol free beer. It taste 100% like the normal beer.

This place is definitely worth a visit. Finnegan’s Bar and Grill is the perfect restaurant for you to enjoy a great meal and have some good times while at Universal Studios Japan. The restaurant is very spacious with Irish decor and Irish music playing in the background. The staff are amazing - super friendly and very accommodating. The service was also very prompt - our food arrived quickly and cooked to perfection. We ordered the onion blossom, which was so delicious - perfect for 2 to 3 people. We also ordered the steak platter and the Irish stew. Both were equally fantastic. The meat was tender, juicy and flavourful. The restaurant also has Covid safety measures in place. You can expect a wait time between 30 mins to 1 hour depending on the time of day and weekend vs weekday. I’ll definitely be back here for another great meal!! Enjoy 😊

The high rated japanese restaurant inside universal closed down and was replaced with something else, so I opted to go here instead based on the rating. It was good, but it wasn't worth the rating and certainly wasn't worth the price The meat looks very nice, but it was actually pretty chewy If you're a tourist, don't come here cause you're most likely familiar with this food and atmosphere already

Very good service! The food was also very good. If you’re getting a blooming onion, share it among 2-3 people! Don’t order one if you plan on eating it solo!! It’s a lot of food, especially if you are also having another dish. The fish and chips were good, but the chips weren’t amazing. Wish they’d gone with fries instead of wedges. They were a bit overdone. But anything tastes good with ketchup! The blooming onion was a little underdone towards the lower-inside of it, but I guess that’s to be expected when there are so many nooks and crannies that the hot oil can’t get into! Avoid the green beer! It’s not that good. Obviously, it’s a kind of beer cocktail, so the flavor is a bit different, but that flavor isn’t good compared to plain old beer. It’s kinda fun for the novelty, but that’s it.

During our visit to Universal Studios we had a great meal at Finnegan’s Bar and Grill. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the Finnegan’s Sandwich meal that came with creamy potato soup. One of us got the chicken and shrimp en croute. The service was outstanding.

One of the better places to eat in Universal Studios Japan. Do have the onion bowl and the steak. They're worth it.

Ordered the steak dinner for ¥2300 and onion rings ¥1140, steak was so-so but the onion rings is delicious!

Food was reasonably good for theme park standards.

Had the steak, it was nice and tender. The pot pie was really nice. Crispy crust and the seafood soup tasted creamy and flavorful. It was during New year eve, so we also had the hot wine and their seasonal cranberry cocktail.

We ate at this restaurant during a Spy X Family event, so the review may be a tad outdated. Since these food items are likely no longer available, I will comment more on the service/restaurant itself: Staff was very friendly and attentive. There was plenty of room inside, and the atmosphere was relaxed/sophisticated. It was nearing the end of the day so we didn't have to queue to get inside, which was nice.
