神戸にせっかく来たので神戸牛が食べたいと思い予約したのですが、神戸牛とは少し違い兵庫県産牛だったみたい…
まあ素人の舌でははっきり違いなんて分からんし安いからいいか〜なんて考えてましたが
食べると圧巻の美味しさでした!いいか〜なんてもんじゃなく、このコースとお店にしてよかったなと😊
焼いてくれる方の焼き加減も抜群に上手くて、尚且つうざったくならない程よい距離感で声掛けしながら焼いてくれる…さすがプロですね😊
フォアグラも久しぶりに食べましたが口の中でとろけました。
脂がすごい乗ってるので少量でも胸焼けして食べ切れるかと心配してましたが、薬味や調味料をたくさん用意してくださっていて、まずはこの食べ方で食べてみてください!といろんな食べ方を提案してくださり、飽きることなく全部あっという間に平らげてしまいました😌
