Small little burger shop on the 2nd floor. Usually a line during lunch, but flow and seating is well managed. They take your order while waiting. English menu. Makes a fixed number of patties a day and closes when sold out, so have a back up plan if you arrive after 1 pm. Patties are made from chopped beef, not ground beef. Burgers are staked high with lettuce and tomato. Bun is nicely toasted. They have a system so don't expect too much customization.

Very good burgers here, and the set is pretty good value for money too. I had Dr. Pepper with my meal - haven’t had that for ages! Was all delicious! Not cheap, but very tasty. Got bumped onto a small table that was a bit cramped, but otherwise all was fine. Staff were busy so didn’t really make an effort at communication. Guaranteed to leave full!

Burgers were good with hand-chopped patties. Service could be better, as I guess they didn't have a knife to cut a burger for the girls next to me.

Beef is super fresh and half done which make it moreeeee deliciousssss!!!! The french fries also nice. The patty is crunchy and pineapple in the burger make it taste sweet and sour in the same time. Which is amaziiiing~ You should come by if you came to kobeeee

Best burgers in Kansai. I've been coming here for years, whenever I happen to find myself in Kobe. It's a big shame they don't do milkshakes though.

Great place, great burgers! The restaurant is in the first floor, small but cosy. The avocado cheeseburger is perfectly dosed, cooked and served! Deserves its stars!!!

Cosy and casual place with excellent burger! The fries were delicious too. We were lucky to get the last burger, before they sold out on that day at 7pm.

This place is fantastic. I usually don't line up for restaurants, but these burgers have me queueing like an Englishman. I've been several times already, and had a different burger each trip; they've all been excellent.

I had the teriyaki burger it was good but messy. Definitely need to follow the instructions provided to wrap.
