We walked into this restaurant at 8.30 pm as our tour bus had a problem and we came to the city late. The chef was very kind to seat us though they were closing at 9 pm. We had been turned away at another place. The Kobe beef was sublime. It simply melts in your mouth with great flavours. We had the sirloin and fillet as recommended. Everything was prepared well with the chef explaining the various condiments to go with the beef and vegetables. We were the only ones in the place and the staff were all polite and attentive. The price as expected is on the high side but value for money. Highly recommend!

A bit dissapointing... Nothing compared to some perfect Wagyu we had in a random Tokyo restaurant for half the price. But waiter was nice!

The chef can speak English and very friendly. He actively took myself a picture with Kobe beef tray 🙂🙃🙂 Discovered beef with soya garlic, and best of all is with wasabi and salt

15 min wait in lime and we were able to be seated, compared to other places this was quite convenient. Staff was extremely happy and helpful, chef spoke pretty good English and described best ways to enjoy our chateaubriand wagyu steak. Steak was fantastic and super delicious, I recommend using their REAL Wasabi paste on the steak for a new experience. Pricey but well worth it plus they have price tiers for sizes of cuts. Overall dining was top notch and would recommend.

tepanyaki may not the best way to cook beef. grill would have brought out the flavour. about 300usd for 300g of the mid tier cut. service average for the price. not fine dining. used disposable chopsticks and low quality rice. 14usd for rice set to pair with the beef. taste wise was mild. texture was tender but had sinew which made it chewey. i guess the whole experience was overrated.

Absolute unit of an experience. Some may question whether that was a cow or a unicorn sent down from the heavens. Everything was cooked to perfection, prices reasonable, and Chef Maeda’s presentation was professional and fun. Great walk through of ways to use the salt/wasabi/garlic/soy sauce to change the flavor. Highly recommend if in Kobe.

Apart from the beef portions and size, you don't get much of a day with how you want to eat it. Kinda like omakase. Best is to get medium raw because it is the juiciest. The chef will teach you which combination of sauces to try. My favourite was wasabi and soy sauce with the sirloin. My brother and I ordered sirloin and red meat while the chef cooked and played, we ate. It is important to know that if you want quality food, you shouldn't be cheap. Red meat is nowhere close to sirloin despite the chef's skills. Also, if you're ordering expensive meat, get the professionals to cook it. Unless you're a master chef, it's always better that way. Prices are not inclusive of tax. They accept card payment too and speak English a little. Many foreign guests there but not all of them are great customers. The chefs are amazing and the food is great. Take care not to touch the grill even if it isn't cooking because it is always on. My brother learned that the hard way. Also, they usually serve water so you need not get drinks if you don't want to. It is best to eat in. Lunch is more affordable and dinner is pricier.

Amazing experience! We found this place by accident as we were walking around china town. Food and atmosphere is great, it might seem pricey but if you factor in the entertainment value from the chef it is actually quite reasonable. My only comment is the minimum spend because one of the kids doesn't like meat so we ordered a meal for her and I ate it 😋.

I researched way too many places for Kobe here and it seemed like the best pricing. They have every reasonable price point for Kobe Beef and it was delicious. The service was also perfect and if you speak English like me, you’ll have no problem. They recommended great sake for me that also went really well with the beef. Would definitely come again.

They don't seem to like single people. The restaurant was only half full, on a very quiet, rainy Monday early evening and I was turned away.

Superb Kobe need prepared meticulously by a master chef in front Of you. The beef tastes so good with or without any sauce. The chef recommended medium rare and it was a great recommendation.

We came at night but was closed and came back following day for lunch and ordered set lunch. The wagyu was fantastic and so did the service. The Chef was friendly. If you don't want to dine in, could get the grilled wagyu from just outside the restaurant. Do try it when in Kobe.

Top Tier. If you want an A1 Kobe Steak experience, go here. I got there right at 11, no line so I was a little worried. But thankfully the steak, soup, sake, everything was wes fantastic. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was I wish they steamed rice had some seasoning.

Yummy Kobe beef! We had their steak at their pavement side shop with the sexy Spider-Man butt on top of us! It was 1500yen for 60g at the time of writing!

Melting in your mouth in every bite, the beef is cooked perfectly. Be sure to ask for the special Kobe sake to go with it. Will be back next time when we visit Kobe.
