What a great, random find in the sea of Kobe restaurants in the area. Hidden on the 4th floor of this unsuspecting building is a fairly authentic (considering it's Japan) Mexican restaurant. It's even the proper level of spiciness 🌶️. The burrito is solid, get the carnitas.

This is definitely the best and most authentic Mexican food you will find in Kobe at present. The location is not easy to find and it is a small space with just a few tables and a couple counter seats The English speaking owner is very friendly. I'll be back again and again when I’m in the neighborhood!

Climb up 4 flight of stairs and you will reach easily one of the best Mexican place in the area! The carnita tacos were outstanding, you could taste the taco shell and the fillings were well seasoned and juicy. Quesadilla and Enchilada were both authentic. The dining environment was cozy and relaxed, staff was friendly and talkative. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try something different!

Great and delicious! Probably the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had in Japan. The woman who runs the place is incredibly kind, speaks great English, and is also very accommodating. My friends have a list of allergies and she helped them choose food they could eat, and even made substitutions for them! Highly, highly recommend!

If you enjoy Mexican food and happen to find yourself in Kobe, this restaurant is a must visit! I ordered 3 tacos (pulled pork, chicken, fajita) and nachos. The quality of everything was excellent, and there were interesting bottles of hot sauces available to try. The restaurant makes their tortillas and tortilla chips, which adds to the fresh taste of the food. Google Maps will take you to the correct street and building, but know that this cozy little restaurant is on the 4th floor.

was searching for highly rated Mexican place around Kobe and find this place. First, the restaurant is really cozy and homy. I picked tacos from lunch menu and got all you can drink self service coffee. The pulled pork in the taco was very delicious and generous, salsa was nicely spiced, and the coffee is fragrant (m guilty for taking 3 cups). Also, the lunch price is very reasonable (most are less than 1000 yen). Very recommended to fullfill your Mexican cravings, or just wanna hangout in Mexican vibed restaurant.

The owner is very friendly and speaks great English too! The restauraunt feels very homey and clean, and also has a selection of merchandise. The food was delicious (the best salsa I've had in Japan by far) and at a more than fair price. I reccomend getting a quesadilla with extra toppings, and carnitas tacos! If I can return to Kobe someday it will be the first place I go!

Comfy joint with a Japanese spin on traditional Mexican food. Prices are reasonable and the service is great. Next time I am in Kobe I will return.

Had a great lunch here with colleagues. Interesting place up the stairs and well hidden, but a gem of a find. I enjoyed tacos and they were spicy and delicious. The food enjoyed by those with me was just as tasty. Great little place and cool atmosphere. Very friendly owner was kind and it was a pleasure to talk with her. Nice prices for great food. Will certainly be back! Thanks😊

Delicious! I loved the food. I was surprised with the pie especially…creamy and peanut buttery. The crust was made with coconut; I don’t like coconut, but it was still delicious. The staff were really friendly. They spoke English and Japanese. It was definitely a cozy place to spend time with my friends.

on the fourth floor: I love this place so much. the food is authentic and delicious. there's vegetarian options and everything is delicious. only downside is that it usually takes a very long time for food to be made because there's only ever two people working and a few tables to cook for. you also need to purchase a drink with your meal so it ends up being more expensive than I'd like, although it's still affordable. the mixed smoothies are delicious. I've had the falafel burrito and the vegetarian tacos. the tacos are very small so if you're hungry you should get the burrito.

Perfect place for Mexican food lovers & people who want to eat delicious food with their gluten-free friends/ family. Unique & cozy atmosphere, freshly made, healthy tacos (vegetarian friendly) and a great woman-owned business to support. Lunch prices are also affordable- great value overall. I love the colours & music here too, they take you on a trip to Latin America! 🥰

On the 4th floor, for reference. Loved it, I got the 3 taco carnitas with bean stew (black beans)! Good lunch prices for a set it was about ¥1200. Nice cool AC in summer heat and seating for about 10.

The food was great and wasn't too expensive. The carnitas were amazing and had an authentic taste! The place had a good Spanish playlist. I am a fan of this place! Mat the bartender was great! -review from an authentic Mexican

You should go to this restaurant! The food is great and reasonably priced. The staff are really friendly. English is no problem. Kids are welcome. (sorry we were noisy!) I can't wait to bring some more friends. It is a little small and the staircase is a bit hard to find but don't let those things put you off. I think there are only a dozen seats so it would be great to book for a birthday party or something like that.

The food and owner were so nice! The tacos were really good and honestly made me miss home a bit! The room was very comfy too. I definitely recommend it. The sign at the front of the building will say it, but it's on the 4th floor! Be careful when using the stairs. Taller people will definitely hit their heads if not careful 😅 Thank you again for a great meal!
