Can enjoy a free ride with Osaka day pass - can enjoy the sunset scenes if you got the booking time right. Get the ticket from the ticketing office at the mall just right next to the dock.

Love this water bus! The staffs are suler friendly, they offered me to take a photo of me, smiling everytime, fun attitude and the facilities are perfect!

Cold and windy during the tour but able to see the sakura along the river side. Evening ride would be recommended.

A dock between Tenmabashi and Tenjinbashi, this area was a port town called Watanabetsu until the Heian period, and was the center of the country of Settsu.It is said that this area prospered as a starting point for Shitennoji, Sumiyoshi Taisha, Mt. Koya, and the Kumano Sanzan. During the Edo period, there were 8 boat inns lined up and called ``Hakgenjaya'', and it flourished as a terminal station for the 30-koku ship connecting Fushimi in Kyoto and Osaka (there is an explanatory board with pictures). For this reason, it is also a scenic spot that appears in ``Yaji Kita Dochu'' and ``Naniwa 100 Views,'' and the arrival point of the ``Hirakata Kurawanka Boat''. During the spring cherry blossom season, a cherry blossom viewing festival is held (from 3/23), and there are many events, and it is a luxurious playground with cruising and houseboats, not only during the day but also at night.
