This hotel is a 2-minute walk from JR Sannomiya Station! The location of this hotel is perfect. There are a few convenience stores and supermarket near the hotel. The transportation is great, as the train station and bus terminal are a few minutes away! Attractions can be easily reached by foot too. As you enter the hotel, you will get this luxurious feeling… the lobby is so spacious! Near the reception there are amenities like Hair brush, Razor and Shower cap! I enjoyed my stay on the ladies floor! The 10th floor is dedicated to women only. When using the elevator you need a special card to access the ladies floor! That is perfect when travelling solo, or even travelling in a group of only girls! The flower decoration in the ladies floor is very nice. I really like the colours in the room too. The room is equipped with special equipment that responds to women's needs! Such as Dresser Mirror with light, Steam iron, Foot massager, Face steamer, and Nespresso Coffee maker. There also were a Kettle & tea bags (black and herb tea), Humidifier, Hair dryer and fridge. On top of that, there were amazing amenities just for the ladies like cleansing form, face lotion, milk lotion. The room was specious and comfortable! From the window you could see the train passing!! As for breakfast, I had breakfast in the “Fine Dining & Lounge TORIKO”. I was able to eat a large breakfast presented as a lunch box! A healthy Japanese-style breakfast with rice, miso soup, salad… Clear protective barrier are placed on the tables. Disinfectant are installed through the hotel such as at the hotel entrance, near the front desk, in front of the elevator, and at the restaurant entrance!

Disclaimer: I had a holiday rate which may have made me feel better about my stay. I was pleasantly surprised at how the room and bathroom was just slightly larger than the average Japanese hotel. The complementary water is already in the room. Everything was clean and tidy, and I liked the Stephen Knoll bathroom products. I was also offered a selection of complementary single use skincare products which was also a nice surprise. The location is also very convenient to the station, and there is a supermarket in the neighbouring building. My favourite point is the presence of USB power ports which is convenient for travellers.

Very nice experience, clean comfortable room, same service than much more expensive hotels around. Yes the room is small but for Japanese standard it’s normal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great: you can walk everywhere at anytime, no time wasted in transportation. The beds are very uncomfortable. The furniture is simple but modern and smartly made. Bathroom was very clean and luminous. They give you a nice grooming set. My air conditioner was working very well and I had no problem with this at all. The only thing I would have changed is to have more storage for my luggages but I tucked them behind the bed and it was fine for 5 days. I highly recommend.

Location is good, but as for accommodations: "Air-conditioner" goes down to just 20C, i.e. it really does not cool the room. Breakfast was okay, but the western food (i.e. eggs and sausages) were served at room temperature at the buffet. I'm guessing there are better hotels out there? (The ones I had in other cities in Japan were similar size but with cold air conditioners and good food.)

It’s a clean room, pillows and sheets alittle cheap. No smell, pretty average but it was warm in the room the air condition systems were shut off because it’s not summer. It was annoying because it was warmer then I like but I couldn’t cool off. Opening the door was the only relief, I’m Canadian so I enjoy a cold breeze maybe many ppl like the overly warm feeling.

Great location beside the city centre. Hanshin, hankyu, subway and portliner all accessible from here. Has one of the huge underground tunnels that connects everything. Lots of good food around the area. Small rooms but very well kept. Staff are helpful as with all Japanese hotels.

Rooms were well kept, the staff was helpful and polite, hotel restaurant was very good, and staff had decent English... At least enough to get your point across and get what you need. The parking was reasonably priced. One of the least expensive lodging options in the area. Close to all the local attractions and public transportation. Quiet in the rooms despite being off a busy street and railway. I would stay here again.

Very good location next to the train station, yet it was so far rather disappointing compare to other hotels in the same category in Japan. The rooms are not only old/tired, they are pretty dirty. We couldn't really regulate the air in our room, so it was stuffy and hot - in winter.
