Good location and cospa. Right across the station and downtown kobe

Everything is perfect, from the assistance and support from the staff at our arrival, to the room size, cleanliness, comfort as well as the hotel location. The bedroom TV is a Google TV and supports Chromecast, YouTube, Netflix etc. Our room also had a nice setup for putting make-up one with a mirror and lights. Speaking of lights, perhaps the only downside of the room we had was that the window was kind of a fake window but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Also, I know for a fact some bedrooms have a window so if you ask for it, you're likely to get one. I had to get some work done while staying here and the third floor was a convenient place to do so. The third floor is accommodated with a meeting room with a power outlet at each seat, a coffee machine, an ice dispenser, a smoking room, public bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. The Hankyu and JR stations are literally right in front of the hotel, the Chinatown is a 3 minutes walk and so is the convenience store. There's no point mentioning the cafes, restaurants and other shops in the area, you're literally downtown. Best spot in Kobe.

Basic hotel, has a your needs. The windows are faded out so there is no view but they accepted us when we walked in. The breakfast was pretty good ( set b eggs Benedict)

The Kobe Plaza is visible from the platform at Motomachi station as it is within 1 minute of the hotel. This makes it incredibly easy to access when coming into or leaving Kobe. The area around the hotel has the covered market, Chinatown and very quick access to both Harbourland and Sannomiya which should cover almost all the areas the casual visitor to Kobe wants to see. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and has excellent facilities. I was very impressed by the room and the lounge given the price. The cost was at the higher end of the traveller budget we normally use but still a reasonable figure and very much worth the money.

Convenient location across the JR Motomachi Station, which ia one stop from Shin-Kobe JR Station. Walking distance from China Town where you could find many restaurants and street food vendors.

This hotel is located in the best location, the service and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in front of the JR and Hanshin railway Motomachi stations. The Daimaru department store is just a 7 minutes walk from the hotel, and nearby the hotel there is the Center- gai and the Motomachi shopping center, China town is also 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Also, there are many famous restaurants, etc

Very small room! Shower and toilet are small. No free water and coffee (only tea) unlike other hotels. No cabinet. You have to leave key card when you plan to go out. That's a hassle.

No-windows room is too hot. Although I turn off the heater but still hot. I asked for the electric fan from the hotel staff.

Nice clean well run hotel close to Motomachi Station. Great value for money.
