We were awed by the personal service rendered by 深山. He took care of the checking in smoothly and brought our luggage to our room. We felt so pampered. The room was so comfortable that it took all of our willpower to continue with our planned itinerary in kobe. The view is spectacular, and the jacuzzi is to die for. Best hotel I've been to in Japan so far. Love every bit of it.

Fabulous hotel. The rooms are huge and the jacuzzi bath is the perfect way to finish/start the day. I love the fact that most of the stuff is included. Free movies, free wifi. No nickle and diming like some other 4+ star places.

We loved this hotel! The room was enormous and it was beautifully and elegantly decorated. The room was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the view from the balcony was stunning. The bed was comfortable, the room has a great atmosphere, and included incense and soft music playing on the TV as soon as you entered. We felt like celebrities. One thousand percent recommend this hotel. We were only in Kobe one day, but if we'd known how wonderful this place was going to be we'd have stayed longer and made the trek back from Osaka each night since it really isn't that far.

We stayed here for our anniversary and enjoyed our stay. One day, we were walking around harbor land and was amazed at the location and appearance of the hotel. We decided that we should stay here in the future and we have no regrets. The rooms are great and spacious, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the service was exceptionally wonderful. We had breakfast included and the many kinds of bread was amazing, along with the pumpkin soup we had. I have stayed at other hotels nearby and this one is definitely our go to. It might be a little pricey, but was worth every penny.

Great place, great view on the sea, spacious area with big tables on the terrace. When you drink coffee, they always offer you a free refill. Their coffee is high-class, not the American type of coffee you often get at cheaper coffee-shops. We come here every year for our wedding anniversary. No hassle with Covid19-restrictions. We feel very welcome at this place. It offers style, relaxation and high standards in one! Well done!

Extremely luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful and makes you feel very special. The room was very spacious, even when compared against a higher-end hotel in the US. Everything was top notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax in the rooms.

Stayed 1 night at La Suite Kobe and it was an impromptu decision when we passed by the hotel. Check-in process was smooth and service was immaculate. We got the luxurious King room and oh god it was the biggest room we stayed in Japan. Comes with a tatami room as well and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Kobe Port. Not to mention the big Jacuzzi tub that also has a blinded view of the port. Only small hiccup was the air conditioning being centralised so it gets a little too warm during winter and you will need to open the balcony doors to let some natural air in. Staff was helpful enough to provide us with a Dyson Fan. Kobe Harbourland, mosaic is just right beside the hotel but convenience store is a little far. Overall, a 10/10 experience for couples who just want a relaxing day out of the city area.

A very relaxing and excellent stay. Staff service and amenities are great, and the views off the balcony are lovely with the harbour lit up at night. Would definitely stay here again. We didn't eat here, so can't comment on that, but the cocktails from the lounge bar were good.

Excellent hotel with beautifully appointed rooms and suites. The staff are professional and helpful. Some could be in need of a little more training but it their intention is always from a good place. 10/10

Fancy ass hotel with a great view. Breakfast is not buffet style but it is still good if you like western or Japanese style. Staff is super friendly but not the best English. Would recommend staying here.

This is by far the best hotel i stayed in my entire life. Service Level 10/10 Hotel Cleanliness 10/10 Food 10/10 Value 10/10 I can't find any fault with it and i truly enjoyed my time here very much. Will definitely come back here again when i get the chance.

I spent very pleasant 5 days in this hotel. The hotel key showed the quality and characteristic of this hotel when it was handed on me. Classic, luxury and professionalism are words to describe this place. Its location is.... also very good.

Excellent harbor view! Front desk, room service, waiters and waitress are all very kind, helpful, and professional. Wonderful experience during my relatively short stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff in here are very nice and warm. The view and the decorations of the room are the best of its class I come back again in 2023, they are still the best in my choice
