Lack of Linguistic Skills Disturbingly Lamentable I'm from Mexico, currently living in Malta, so I consider myself adaptable to different languages and cultures. However, the inability of the hotel staff to converse in English, an internationally recognized communication language, is downright ridiculous. Such negligence can result in confusion, discomfort, and dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the hotel rooms are suffocatingly small, certainly unsuitable for individuals of average stature. As a patron, I am beyond disappointed and genuinely appalled by this obvious oversight.

Wifi was difficult to access. Good lobby space and dining, so it's not like a business hotel. Rooms are typical but clean and have anything you'll need, especially if traveling single.

Normal clean hotel. There is free coffee machine in the lobby but it's closed early morning. I was expecting to get an early morning coffee but was disappointed.

Stayed there for ship embarkation at Osaka. Staff are so polite and approachable. Location is near the central market places. Hope I can go back there soon.

We got two beds the size of the bed in the hotel we normally stay in Tokyo so that was good news, double the space for almost the same amount. Not much to say, we slept fine.

Very good hotel, located 10min walk from Kobe Somnamiya station. Complimentary coffee at the reception from 1500. Great rooms especially those overlooking the park. 7/11 and FamilyMart right next door.

Nice hotel with clean room Stayed here for 1 night on a transit. It is about 15min walk from Sannomiya station and close to the city centre. Room was very clean, the bath tub was aloso bigger than most Japanese hotels in the same price range.

Good location, 7 minutes by foot from the next station. Room looked very good, although a little small (almost no space to open my suitcase on the ground). Friendly personal and good service

The room is ok but outdated. The wifi seemed to be very fast when we arrived in the afternoon, in the Evening the speed was very slow and unreliable. We chose to have the breakfast included, i don't think it's worth the money; i was particulally intrested in the Western breakfast but there was only small choice. Afterwards we had a bad Experience, we choose to not take breakfast on the day op departure. Nightshift told us we could get refund. Morningstaff incisted us to pay for breakfast we did'nt use. No compromis, quite harsh in aproach.
