Oriental
Hotel
Management,
My
wife
and
I
had
decided
to
write
a
letter
of
recommendation
of
you
Concierge
from
1st
floor
lobby.
Even
though
we
did
not
get
hold
of
his
name,
but
we
could
vividly
recognize
hos
outlook-
a
male
about
1.70m
tall
and
wearing
glasses.
Our
blissful
interaction
with
your
Concierge
(we
should
address
him
Mr.
Concierge)
took
place
on
31
Dec
2022
at
4:18pm.
We
had
approached
him
to
bring
out
our
3
heavy
luggage
and
asked
for
his
help
to
call
in
a
taxi
to
transport
us
to
Kansai
Airport
Limousine
Bus
Service
waiting
area.
Quickly,
Mr.
Concierge
used
his
mobile
phone
to
call
and
informed
us
that
there
was
a
rush
hour
and
a
taxi
waiting
time
was
about
15
minutes.
We
reassured
Mr.
Concierge
that
we
could
wait
as
we
were
not
in
hurry.
However,
Mr.
Concierge
stood
at
the
roadside
to
look
out
for
our
taxi
while
walked
back
to
the
lobby
to
help
other
guests
who
were
requesting
for
his
help.
Within
10
minutes,
he
rushed
in
and
announced
the
arrival
of
the
taxi.
What
he
did
next
was
a
surprise
move
to
us.
Without
a
word,
Mr.
Concierge
picked
up
2
heavy
baggage
and
escorted
us
to
the
taxi.
He
managed
to
place
the
baggage
into
the
trunk
of
the
taxi
and
aided
me
to
slip
the
rest
of
the
baggage
as
well.
He
ushered
us
into
the
taxi.
Off
we
went,
but
we
had
not
enough
time
to
offer
our
appreciation
for
his
help
and
services.
We
met
Mr.
Concierge
from
27th
Dec
2022
to
31st
Dec
2022
on
the
1st
floor
lobby.
He
was
the
one
that
showcased
guest
service
oriented
mindset
of
the
frontline
staff
of
Oriental
Hotel.
And
Mr.
Concierge
made
our
stay
in
your
Hotel
a
truly
unique
and
memorable
one.
Hence
my
wife
and
I
wished
to
email
you
this
letter.
If
opportunity
arise
again,
we
were
to
visit
Kobe
Sannomiya
in
the
future,
we
would
gladly
to
stay
in
Oriental
Hotel
to
meet
your

Mr.

to
