Room a bit old/ run down. Some room air conditioning not working too well. Very good service. Room looking over Kobe station, very beautiful but too noisy if you open the window. Excellent location, near station and harbor land. Not too far but walking distance.

The only good part of this hotel is the location. Everything in it is old/outdated. The shower is terrible (hot/cold fluctuation without turning the knobs), the TV is very old, there’s black mold in the bathroom, the carpet is weirdly unevenly colored/stained, and there is dust everywhere that’s somewhat hidden. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a while, a must avoid.

Good quality rooms, though you can see it has not been changed for the past 10 years, looking at the type of material. They aren't worn out though, which means they are careful in maintaining the equipment. They are not used to extra services, we tried to book a conference room and they told us it wasn't possible, so we had to work till 3am in the lobby, not comfortable. Did not have the opportunity to use the spa but it seemed to be very good. Very central for tourism. Inside a small mall, restaurants nearby. Very nice overall.

Great location, good view, very short walking distance to Kobe Station and room is very spacious and clean.

Hotel Crown services is good.. the room is spacious, the Hon Sen is big and good.. worth to try

Good hotel, clean room, well located, reasonably priced. Strange experience though: 3 nights I woke up in middle of the night because of moving of bed. Also my American colleague with a room on the same floor experienced the same.

Very nice hotel. Great location near the port and Kobe station. Check out the sky bar for sipping a scotch with panoramic views of the city and ocean. Bring your own pillow though.

Not that great. It's quite warm in the room and they only have a heater, no air conditioner or fan. They told us to open the window but the outside was very loud. Bathroom was good and clean. Overall just average.
