made
breakfast
reservation
at
this
hotel.
I
have
heard
the
highly
reputation
about
the
No.1
breakfast
in
the
whole
word”
from
many
years
ago,
so
I
was
very
looking
forward
to
this
visit.
The
decoration
of
the
lobby
is
really
cute
and
full
of
warm
and
happy
feeling
of
the
Christmas
season.
The
young
lady
who
welcomed
me
at
the
lobby
was
very
friendly
and
showed
me
the
way
to
restroom.
While
when
I
was
done
at
restroom
and
back
to
the
main
area,
I
did
not
know
it
is
not
at
my
reserved
time
yet
(
I
arrived
there
only
10
minutes
ahead),
so
I
stepped
into
the
dining
area
and
tried
to
find
a
staff.
Then
a
senior
lady
staff
came
close
to
me.
She
just
looked
at
me
without
any
greeting,
so
I
told
her
my
reservation.
She
checked
at
her
list,
and
after
confirming,
she
led
me
to
the
sitting
area
and
asked
me
to
wait
here.
Her
attitude
was
fine
so
far,
but
what
surprised
me
was
that
she
soon
found
the
lobby
staff
and
required
her
strictly
not
to
let
guests
go
to
dinning
area
directly.
Since
I
communicated
with
them
all
in
Japanese,
the
senior
must
know
I
understood
all
the
things
she
was
saying,
especially
at
the
time
I
was
just
a
few
feet
away
for
shooting
the
photos.
What
she
just
did
not
only
embarrassing
the
staff
but
also
me.
While
the
lobby
staff
just
smiled
and
said
she
will
(
which
means
the
situation
may
have
happened
many
times
before).
I
just
wanted
to
say,
it
is
inappropriate
to
educate
the
staff
in
front
of
guests
in
any
way,
it
really
ruined
the
feeling
from
the
beginnings.
The
meal
was
great,
everything
was
delicious,
thought
everything
is
in
small
portions.
While
the
table
is
made
of
plastic
and
unstable.
I
think
they
must
use
a
better
quality
facilities
in
such
fancy
place.
I
still
would
like
to
have
another
try
in
the
future
for
the
food.
