Good enough to stay for business for a few days. Close to Sannomiya station (5-7 minutes distance) and conviently surrounded with eateries and izakaya. Complimentary breakfast and drinks (coffee, tea, lemonade) at the Library Cafe by the reception. Automated self check-in and check-out. They changed the room for me when I mentioned of musty smell in the initially assigned room. 10 minute walk to the airport limousine bus station to Kansai airport (2,000 yen one way, 3,000 yen for round trip).

Very spacious and modern rooms. Lots of charging ports including hdmi connections.

Three-min walking from Mint Kobe (bus terminal) and five min walking from JR station. Very convenient and comfortable as a budget hotel. The family room is good. The staff and all the service are kind to children. Their bath tub is wide enough for a nice bath after walking all the day. From 14:00 to 24:00, they provide free drink to tourist. It's really sweet.

worth the money,,,the rooms are quite as its in its name "comfortable"with a nice view,,,the breakfast is delicious for a picky eater like me abd gealthy as well,,wide varietes to choose from,,,i would probably recommend it

Really nice place with friendly staff, a couple of them speak English well enough to sort out people who don't speak Japanese. Breakfast was included and tasted pretty nice too. Would definitely come again.

I have only praises about this hotel. Location is very good, 5mins walk from Sannomiya station. Lots of food and shopping areas within the vicinity. Hotel room is clean and I particularly love the dining area which they called library cafe where the decor is very cosy and homely. Everyday from 7pm onwards, guests can have free flow of coffee, tea and simple snacks. One can also enjoy a glass of sake/red wine at 500 yen. Breakfast is simple and healthy, very muji cafe style. The hotel has coin operated washing machine and dryer if laundry is your concern. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. A highly recommended hotel!

This location had a smoking area which is priceless. HIROSHIMA didn't. Breakfast is amazing. Do your self a favour and ask for blankets, pillows and cotton buds within the first hr... Makes it a lot more comfy, even if it just a 2 night stay, better than fighting with your partner about room temp and duvet. Get the blankets and put out the do not disturb sign, make your own bed they will still annoyingly leave a bag of clean towels, hair brushes, tooth brushes and green tea on you door. Staying in Japan for 3 weeks, you get 21 toothbrushes. So many places to eat around here. Best this was the quake museam, plan for min half day or a whole day. So many things within walking distance of this hotel, try to get a top floor room, the night views are great and we decided to leave the black out blinds open. I'd say worth every yen.

The free breakfast has everything that you could want. Eggs, chicken, fried rice, soup, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, salad... they have a nice area that you can hang out and bring your own food from town and eat dinner. It is a very clean hotel with great service. Nice that it is NO smoking hotel. Walking distance to train station (including JR) and subway. There is a Grocery store around the corner. Lots of 24 hours restaurants in the area for those of you who are jet lagged. This is my 5th time staying in Kobe. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

The pillow was terrible, gave me severe neck.pain all day. Service was subpar in terms of attitude. Breakfast was average but not worthy of the price. The bathroom was clean but still smelled like someone had just pooped. Will not use this place ever again

This hotel is newly established. The rooms are very clean, very new, and well calculated. The rooms are not broad. But those are enough. This hotel is in 3-5 minutes away from Sannomiyq Station. It is very convenient for site seeing.

This hotel is comfort as its name suggests. Breakfast here is very good. Access to Sannomiya station on foot will be less than 7min.
