Nice place, not to far away from main shopping area (just under 1 km). Nice clean rooms, but a bit dated. Some english speaking staff - very helpfull bunch :)

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed up until now. Not clean, the bed cover was dirty, pillow was dirty. Very bad maintained. Look ugly. Bed not comfortable, not soft, hard like a rock. I do not recommend ! Does not have reviewers photos, only booking and oyster photos, very suspicious, don’t believe these promotional photos.

Convenient, well situated, at 5 minutes walking distance of Sannomiya. The room is small, even in Japanese standards but the bed is nice. Good breakfast, with Japanese and western product.

Rooms are dated and small for 4 person, the blankets had stains on it and room was a little dirty. But the service and staffs were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was good.

This is the most spacious room among any Japanese hotels I have stayed in the price point. The bathroom equipments are old style but still OK. Situated in the walking distance from Sannomiya Station make it easy to be accessed. I really had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

Good albeit small room. Good toilet and wasn facilities. Good aircon. Everything great condition. Hotel includes cafe with free fresh coffee throughout the day. Free breakfast can be a bit of a squeeze and free for all but otherwise a good way for getting some experience with local cuisine. Even if half of it is inspired by Western expectations. Staff welcoming and helpful.

A short walk from many restaurants and large department stores, it was quite a relaxing and comforting stay with included Japanese breakfast that is sure to provide nutritional benefit paired with an assortment of beverages. The rooms have a large swing-open window, hard but comfortable beds and a well maintained and cleansed bathroom (big plus for the bath tub and the included conditioner).

Room was a little bit small but everything else was perfect, less than 10 minutes from the train station, lots of convenience stores nearby and the breakfast was great

Very friendly staff. Great free coffee and soft drinks. Love the included breakfast. Facilities available for heating meals from the nearby 7/11. Good location. Japanese bedding takes a bit of getting to.

If you want to try a Japanese experience by sleeping on a futon, this is a good place. We were 3 people and got a two room with two baths. Futons are not difficult to make (just look it up on the internet)
