Nice hotel right outside of the main train station area. Very convenient to shopping and food. Room was as described. The breakfast was ok, but not superior. If you have time you can get tastier at the many nearby coffee shops.

Even thou it's location is convenient. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because: 1. No ventilation, windows are sealed shut. 2. Centralised air con, if you're here during winter, it's hot air. 3. Small and outdated toilet. 4. Slow WiFi (1mbps).

The rooms is literally like a sauna during autumn. The air conditioning system is central and there is no way you can control them. Worse, the windows cannot be opened to let in any ventilation. Called the staff and they keep saying there is no way they can supply cold air to the rooms. The trick was to off the ventilation and let the outside temperature equalize through the closed window glass. We had quite a good sleep as we managed to make to room colder

The location is very convenient and is very close to restaurant street, so many cool and interesting restaurants that you will want to enter. Also, it is 1 minute walk to a famous tax free store Don Quijote (驚安殿堂), and this store sells many items.

This is a lovely hotel which is near to major Sannomiya stations of different lines. Free coffee is provided in the lobby. The room is not large but is enough. If the room is equipped with a wardrobe it would be much better as there's not enough space to hang clothes. Also, it would be better if the windows could be opened as the room was a bit hot. We didn't hear the noise from the street as our room was on high floor and was not facing the street. In evening of New Year's Eve when we went back to the room we received a gift: two bowl of soba. People here will eat soba in New Year's Eve. The hotel invited us to join this traditional activity. We sincerely thank to this hotel as they brought us warmth!

Perfect stay, only thing I did not like was the fact that you can not open the window. Everything else perfect. We stayed a week.Best location ever. Nice size room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very convenient location and friendly staff that speak English. The elderly man that works evenings in the parking was so sweet!! ❤️ and the breakfast was also good. This hotel is next to a Don Quijote that's open 24/7 so that was also convenient. I definitely recommend this place.

The location is really awesome. Near to Kobe subway station and minutes walk to JR Kobe station. Lots of places to hangout and eat. Donki is just right beside the hotel which is great for late night shopping.

This hotel is about 5 minutes from me sannomiya station. The lobby is on the second level. Check in was quick but the staff has minimal English only. I stayed in a compact twin room which was quite small but relatively clean. They have laundry machines on the third floor which costs 500 yen. Service was nice and the hotel is well located. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby as well as tokyu hands.

Very bad experience with this hotel. The room was stuffy and the windows cannot be opened. When complaint to hotel, the staff claims that they switch off main system air con because other hotel guest feedback that room is too cold for them. In the end hotel staff brought us a standing fan and we slept thru the night in hot and non ventilated room. Hotel reviews shows that b hotel has been using the same excuse to brush hotel guest off. I will never ever go back to this hotel again

Compare to many other hotels in Japan, the size of the room is quite huge. The beds are comfortable and also the room comes with an air purifier. Toilet a bit old and would be good for an upgrade.

Recommend to stay here if you're visiting KOBE or the Kansai Region. the restaurant and the food is nice. In side the room, I love the design of the shower room, although I cannot take bath inside.

Convenience of this location really is beyond reproach...can walk easily to Sannomiya train station and close to so many great restaurants

The hotel location is very nice! Nearby Sannomiya subway, Sannomiya JR, and Hankyu line as well. You’ll figure out how convenient the location is. BUT, the hotel’s breakfast is NOT good. You should go to some convinces stores or cafeterias to buy some for your breakfast that would be a nice way. ( Breakfast is very important for me to start the day ) The 3rd floor has a vending machine, microwave, washing machine, and ice machine too. Overall, The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

The location is great, it is close to restaurant and not too far from the train station. But it is showing some signs of being aged and the air conditioning is a real problem. The room is either too hot (when turned on), and a bit too cold in the midnight (when turned off) And in the day we check out, we find some mosquitoes in the room too. Otherwise could have been a 4 stars.

The wifi isn’t working, the room doesn’t have a window (meaning you can’t get a fresh air) and it just gives me headache. Everything is old here.

Excellent location, 5 min easy walk to sannomiya airport bus station. 0 km to go any kind of shopping and thousand choices of restaurants. Friendly housekeeping and front desk service, with all in good English speaking. Kobe beef grill restaurant, Thai restaurant yoga and hair salon are facilities available

Convenient location, reasonable prices, clean rooms. Con is cannot open the window for a nice breeze during the fall/winter if it's too warm. Otherwise all good
