Friendly staff, neat rooms, meals are incredible, free and fast Wi-Fi, quiet environment. There's not a single thing wrong with this hotel. Recommended.

Great location. We have stayed at Toyoko INN Kobe Sannomiya 2 for several times. Special thanks to the receptionist. So kind and smart. She help us resolve the problem of shipping luggage during the stay in this January. Thanks a lot.

Small but serves the purpose of being able to sleep and bathe. Requested a not smoking room, but they were all given away by check-in. Was given air freshener that was not too useful. If you have allergies, probably best to ensure a non smoking room

Quite old building. There is no card key system you can't use you member's card as your door key.

Love the location. There r so many good eating places nearby. And daiso too!

It's pretty decent and they give u breakfast for free. Price is good and staff is courteous.

Not so easy to find this business hotel. But, its better way to be reach here along A22 Exit if you are coming from Sannomiya station.

Very good location, just a few minutes walk off Sannomiya stations. There are only two sets of washing machine/clothes dryer but there are two laundromats within 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel (I think they are better than the ones at the hotel). The reception handled my couriered luggage (both receiving and sending using Kuroneko Yamato) and this is always handy. Make sure to join up with their loyalty program if you plan to use this chain of hotels in the future, as the membership will get you discounts as well as early access for booking rooms.

It's ok. I thought that for the price it would be better. Rather average instead. I DID like the customer service though. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was also very good.
