Around 7,800¥ on weekends excluding breakfast, which was reasonable. The location is very good but the noise from the avenue in front of the hotel is easily heard in the room. The Lawson convenience store is just at the corner of the same street. The limousine bus from/to ITAMI stops at/departs from the bus stops, which are just minutes walk from the hotel (arrival and departure bus stops are different). The huge TV and many USB (type A only) sockets are good points.

This is a great hotel! The staff are extremely accommodating and hard working. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. I stayed for 8 days and I’ve never had a cleaner hotel, totally meticulous. The hotel is modern. Laundry facilities worked out well. The bed and duvet were extremely comfortable. And the location can’t be beat! Would definitely recommend.

I think this hotel cares more about design instead of people's feelings. There is some useless design, like the ladder under the bed, that occupies the room space, so there's no room to open my luggage. And there's too many closet in the room. Although it looks fashionable, actually it's not convenient and not safe (because of the cornet of closet)

Terrific location (right next to bus stop if getting public bus from Osaka Kansai airport, and next to main Sannomiya station in Kobe). No signage to find the hotel but it is directly opposite Round 1 building. Rooms were comfortable.

A highly convenient hotel in the heart of Sannomiya which is close to the subway station and underground malls. Receptionist at the time spoke good English and rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Wifi was fast and free

Simple and clean. Spacing is so cool if compare to the others hotel in Japan. My 2nd time stay here. Definitely the best choice in Kobe

It is located less than 5 minutes from Kobe Sannomiya Station. There are many convenience facilities such as convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the long check-out. It was just a disadvantage that there was no smoking area.

This was a great hotel in the middle of the main street. It had great heating for winter and a soundproof window. The design was great and user friendly. My brother and I loved it. Amenities for toiletries are mostly self helped. They had pyjamas in the room for you along with towels and soap.

Room size great. Bigger than expected as you know semi double room in Japan is more tiny. Good value in price and location.

I received an email from the hotel and got an announcement that the noght construction nearby is happening during the days until the end of March. But on the 4th day of April , the construction sounds were still so noisy. I could not sleep until I found something out into my ears.

the location is very closed to stations, convenience stores near by. they are serving great breakfasts, room has more space compared to other business hotels, also before check-in bag deposit service

Clean nice hotel for a decent price. Quite close to the station but in the direction away (though not far) from the restaurants and bars so it’s in the quiet part of the neighborhood. Staff were nice enough but the service is the level of what you pay for. They are very specific in not letting you check-in early even when they ask you to wait if it takes then a very long time checking in everyon at the same time.

Good hotel but someone in the same floor generated unplesant smell by smoking ! The hotel is completely non-smoking but always there was such person not to follow basic restriction. She opened the door and its smell was flown out everywhere. Close the door in my room shut out unpleasant smell. Other than that the breakfast was good enough and room rate was reasonable.

10/10 Hotel. Location is great, good size clean room, courteous staffs and most importantly tasty breakfast!! Although breakfast by no means cheap but very good. Fresh ingredients and everything cooked perfectly.

Nice hotel with reasonable price. Friendly staff. Located just next to the bus & train station. With tons of restaurants nearby. A top pick especially if you are planning a trip to Arima Onsen as the bus station is just one block away.

Decent hotel in walking distance of Sannomiya station. I generally find Kobe's port area more picturesque and fun, but Sannomiya is the connecting node for all train companies and only one subway stop from the Shin-Kobe Shinkansen station. As can be expected in Japan, rooms are clean and well equipped with fridge, hot water boiler, hair dryer, USB power outlets, desk, etc. Rooms are also quite clean and at least the double rooms are of reasonable size. The only odd part is that the hotel seems to have no sign. It's right next to the Rei hotel and has a small sign inside the elevator lobby. If you look up, you can see the main lobby on the second floor. I rarely find Japanese hotel breakfast worth the money, so I didn't check the restaurant. Doutor coffee shop is on the way to the station.

Simply brilliant hotel, considering I paid 5400 Yen for a single room on a weekday. The room was large and spacious, and the amenities looked brand new. There are also many other dining options in the vicinity for dinner / breakfast. Take note that there is no fully sheltered walkway from Sannomiya station to the hotel, but it is a mere 5 minute walk. You have to take the lift to level 2 to check in.
