The room is easy to found, clean and no odor . My room is single room and the space is enough for one person. One piont can be improve that is the air conditioner should increase the wind speed. It is too small for me.

This hotel was just completely disappointing. The room was acceptable but below average, and the breakfast was almost a disaster. Only the fish was halfway edible. That's why I skipped breakfast on the second day. However, the biggest disappointment was the customer service. When we parked the car in the fully automated parking garage, we were not told to unscrew the roof antenna. The employee who stood by our side did not mention this to us nor did he check it. This is even more embarrassing because we are clearly perceived as foreigners who do not speak Japanese fluently. When we picked up the car again, the antenna was completely broken off and no longer functional. The employee we spoke to simply dismissed our complaint by saying that all customers are generally advised to remove the antenna when parking - which they didn't do to us. A subsequent written contact was completely ignored. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Japan. The only positive point is that the hotel is located almost in the center of Kobe and many places can easily be explored on foot.

Nice entrance to the hotel. The room was beautiful and clean. Comfortable size of space for Japanese hotel. There was a thoughtful touch of humidifier and wine chiller in the room. This hotel uses POLA (High quality beauty product brand) shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Super firm bed. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff service was great. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Clean, modern, and great location. Rooms are small, as expected - no complaints - what's missing is a drawer or two to stash the clothes. The breakfast buffet is strong on the hot dishes, but weak in the salad and pastry departments. Terrific value.

The room space is really satisfactory if you compare with others business hotel in Japan. The bathroom is also satisfactory. It's really worth it to stay cause of the superb breakfast and location. You can go by walking to Kobe Harbour. The staff was so honest advising me about the cheap parking next the hotel.

This place is juuuuuust about qualified as being in Sannomiya. But don't be mistaken, this is not in the centre of things. It's definitely a little bit of a hike to anything but the Kaigan line subway which frankly is not connected to anything useful. The hotel is right beside a nice city park and there is a nearby entrance to the underground tunnel which connects you to the station and shopping complex of Sannomiya. This is one of the few hotels left in the area which will leave you a bag of towels and amenities at the door if you put up the "do not disturb" sign. This used to be standard practice but apparently times have got tight because in the month I stayed in Japan this time, this was the only one of 6 hotels I found that still do it. So anyway I give bonus thumbs up for that. There is a coin laundry and microwave room. The lift operates only by key card. The room is moderate in size and has a nice big bed, with a full-size bath. The amenities are on the cheap side, though. The staff do need a bit of extra training as they barely have 2 words to say on check-in or check-out. (This is not a language issue; they didn't attempt to speak in any language.) I felt a bit like I was just a number to them, as there was no smile or thanks or friendly greeting. But fine, it wasn't a big deal overall. This was the third time I stayed in this hotel and I found it pretty good each time. The only genuine downside is the location but it's a minor gripe. It's a good option for the price.

Beautiful hotel and also extremely spacious compared to Japanese standards. Washroom was a lot larger than most I've been to in Japan. The location is great and also provides free breakfast buffet which was a definite plus.

Decent room at a good price. Comparable to other hotels in the area. Very clean and had all the toiletries you could ask for. The bed and pillows were pretty bad. Didn’t sleep very well.

Lucky enough to pick up a room for 6000yen on a Friday night. Far exceeded my expectations at this price point. Lovely front desk. Thanks.

small rooms but are nice and clean. great location. close to the waterfront, basement department stores and train station. Shin Kobe Station is nearby. easy to get to from train station (1 stop) hotel has a luxury banquet hall decor but fancy dress code not required. breakfast buffet is good, self serve. staff can speak some english. still an easy check in process. free candy and water bottles in the lobby. will definitely come back.

Its a great hotel ..nice and comfortable very near to Sanomiya station from where you can catch trains to Kyoto Osaka Nara etc. The bathroom is quite good size.

Nice room with some small useful extras (tooth brush, razor, comb). Breakfast is really, really good. Only downside was the Internet. It was ok for web, but I already had problems with Skype and gave up on file transfer.

A very nice place to stay. It was a good experience. Everything was almost perfect. Highly recommended.

Close to Sannomiya Station, Kobe, less than 10 minute walk. Clean and quiet. Courteous staff.

The hotel room was quite clean and the amenities were quite good. For those travelling on a budget, this is a good business hotel for your stay.

Amazing staff and great rooms at an affordable price

Room and bathroom were both a bit bigger than the standard tiny Japanese room size. Decor is a bit dated, but generally clean for its age.
