Was relaxing in the onsen when the manager came in to tell me I had to leave because I had a small tattoo on my foot. I had checked in at 12 noon, this was at 5pm. I was kicked out after having checked in 5 hours prior. It's 2019, people with tattoos should be allowed to have an onsen and somewhere to sleep. Very dissapointing. No explanation was given apart from 'its the rules'.

Wonderful place. Clean, elegant. Helpful staff. Wonderful massage. Like the NY Athletic Club. Great one day pass.

Good place, great help from staff. However do not understand the pillows, they were so hard you could tie one to a body and drop it in the river. You could load one of those pillows into a cannon and sink your enemies ship. If that pillow landed on your foot as you climb out of the capsule, your gonna have a bad day. If it lands on your head, I hope you had a good life.

This was a great place for a break and a soak after a long night of tango dance. The facilities are beautiful and quiet and serene. The spa has several hot pools, water jets, a cold pool, a sauna, and a steam room for salt scrub that is just out of this world. We only used the facilities for an hour. We had hoped to have a massage as well, but the massage person was all booked up. If you want that feature you should definitely call in advance.

Great location, and great faculty! Clean, and the bathing area is amazing. If staying, they provide ear plugs, an earphone (so can watch TV/radio) in your capsule. There is a wall charger, but no charger, so don't forget to bring it if wanting to use your devices. Although you can ask reception to charge, it seems there is no fast charging available though.

I didn't spend lot's of time here due to other plans, but overall experience was good. Very clean amenities and welcoming atmosphere, you can enjoy turkish and finnish saunas, etc. I would recommend it if you have plenty of time to enjoy it.

Fantastic experience! Really wonderful way to spend a day. Relax in the hot springs, enjoy saunas. I had a fantastic massage here as well! You pay once for the for the day and then any other add-ons you want.

As an American citizen this place was amazing, it's like something I have never seen before.

A place where I feel my life would have been even happier if I had known about it earlier.

Not so far from Sannomiya Stn. This is Capsle style hotel. Charge is including buffet breakfast and common large bath and sauna. Check out time is at Noon.

Best sauna I've ever been, with hot spring from 1000m underground, and nice resting places and restaurant, and internet!

Great facial & creme head massage.

I got a facial and a massage after a long week and it was the best decision! Right by Sannomiya station but so serene. Service was excellent, very clean and massage was AMAZING!
