The customer service is good but the hotel room itself is absolute garbage. There are stains on the walls, and holes in the bed sheets. Everything was falling apart and we stayed at a DISCOUNT (¥9000) ... yet I've stayed in a hotel in Osaka for ¥3000 and one in Kyoto (the millennials I believe) for ¥3500 and both were more superior than this room. The beds were more comfortable and we got value for our money. You're better off booking a higher end hotel, because this hotel is way overpriced for the quality of the room. The staff service was good and they have microwave, vending machine etc. But the beds are hard, the pillows are thin, and the building is just really really old.

Great location not far from the metro and about a 20 minute walk to the China town and other areas. The rooms clean and the shower was nice. The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable but it was ok. The only issue is the air conditioning which is controlled by the staff. Our room was 26.6 degrees Celsius and it didn't seem like the AC was being run. The fan in the room didn't help either. Luckily we were able to open a window in the evening which cooled the room. I think it would be more comfortable if staff kept the rooms cooler or allowed guest to control the temperature of their rooms. Overall our stay was good.

Nice sized room with good service from the staff. The bathroom was really moldy, at first you can’t see it but by smell alone you can tell it’s there. If you look, there is a gap between the wall and bath-potentially for drainage- but there was a lot of mold under the bath. Sink was also moldy. Surface is clean, but ultimately needs a deep clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable, breakfast was also pretty good. Oddly we were placed on a smoking floor though not requested. The room itself didn’t smell like smoke, but the hallways did. I’m sure if we requested to be moved it would have been granted, but something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to smoke. Overall a good experience for the night, but it isn’t a place I feel inclined to return to.

The price is very reasonable so don’t expect to get more than what you’re paying for. 😅 The location is very convenient and there are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We went by car and they have a parking nearby but you can’t take your car from the parking from 23:00 to 6:00 and it costs ¥1300 so we used the coin parking which was closer and ended up being cheaper considering the time we arrived. They coin parking costs ¥100/hour from 20:00-8:00. ✌️

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. The hotel is close to railway station. Found a nice nepali restaurant ( serving Indian food too) just next door to the hotel. There are two convenience stores 7 eleven close to the hotel. The hotel rooms are spacious compared to others around. The staff is courteous and welcoming. Basic facilities in the hotel are good , has a laundry and well accessible vending machines too.

Hotel was clean and hygiene, But rooms were a bit small.hospitality of staff was adorable restaurants and convenience stores are nearby . Overall a good place to stay.

Classical Japanese business hotel. Room is functional but small. Bathroom is bigger than usual. A little bit on the expensive side but provides all the things necessary. Coin laundry and microwave are available. Location is perfect, close to a train station and several convenience storss around. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

While the appearance of the room was a bit dated, I totally felt comfortable in the room. I would certainly book them again on a return journey.

Not great value, my room was a little smelly, like it used to be a smoking room before.

Conservative, old school type of atmosphere which was great. Nice view from the porch. Comfortable stay.
