A Spanish restaurant with heavy Japanese influence, and it works like a charm. Fantastic wine pairing as well.

Matters little what I say here besides these important words: This may be the best restaurant in Japan. If you are a foodie or food crazy then I am sure you are aware of the reputation and otherwise, all I can say is that this is fine dining on another level. Wine list cannot be beat especially champagne.

This was one of the most prestigious restaurants I have been to in my travels and unfortunately despite its 3 Michelin Stars it was not among the best. The food was above average with a few unique features on occasion (the tomato mousse was a surprise delight) however the experience as a whole was to be expected in most areas and reflecting on my experience unfortunately did not go above my expectations in any. Comparing to similar level restaurants I've experienced one of my biggest areas of feedback would be: create more of a journey with the menu vs simply a series of dishes (aside from simply being based on Spanish cuisine and "a tomato dish" or "vegetable" perhaps providing a journey through the regions with information on the inspiration). Especially for travelers like myself the journey experienced can certainly elevate the experience especially when comparing this price point to other alternatives. If you're someone who is seeking more of a dining journey then I would recommend considering other dining experiences. If money is not as big of an object then Ca Sento will serve as a nice dinner experience. Unfortunately Ca Sento does not meet my "must try" list.

No, seriously? Were you in a place like this? Such an amazing store! ! It's called Spanish food, but it's Spanish food that looks like Japanese food. I'm thinking about going every month. It was a wonderful dish full of surprises and discoveries that made full use of the charm of herbs and vegetables. Were you there even though you were using coriander? It's easy to use, and the scent, taste, and freshness are amazing. This is a dish I've never tried before. If you like delicious food and go to a delicious restaurant, It's a restaurant with an expensive-looking storefront and unassuming appearance, but the food is mediocre. It's certainly delicious, and it's true that they have good customers, but if you're tired of restaurants that discriminate based on their customers' occupations, please try going there. This is a restaurant where cooking is the name of the game. The staff are also nice.

Brilliantly presented meal with unique flavours and ingredients. A beautiful dining room with lovely attentive and fun staff. Highly recommend and worth the price!

in a peaceful corner of Kobe's small alley it's not that obvious at all, the restaurant is zen style clean and tidy not much decorations but the food itself is delicate and artistic and tasty as well.

I wish only I could give 6 stars.

Excellent services with very nice interior design. The food combines Japanese and European styles. Suggested to choose wine pairing as well. Can go for half if anyone can’t drink much.
