It
was
the
No.
1
restaurant
I've
visited
so
far,
and
before
I
knew
it,
it
had
become
such
a
delicious
restaurant
with
a
Michelin
star.
The
bread
is
amazing
and
delicious,
the
original
burnt
butter
and
fermented
butter
are
the
best,
the
sommelier
is
excellent,
the
food
is
surprising,
and
the
dessert
feast
at
the
end
is
amazing.This
is
an
irresistible
place
for
Kobe
sweets
lovers.
Baked
sweets
are
usually
an
accompaniment,
but
with
the
petit
gateau
afternoon
tea,
you
can
choose
as
much
as
you
like,
even
chocolate.I
wish
they
sold
rose
water
chocolate.
The
first
time
I
came
here
was
more
than
30
years
ago,
when
my
friends
came
sightseeing
because
it
looked
good,
but
many
of
them
came
here
during
the
daytime
from
sightseeing
in
Kitano,
and
for
a
while
before
reopening,
there
were
various
restrictions
such
as
only
being
able
to
eat
at
the
cafe
during
the
daytime,
so
it
was
a
bit
confusing.
I
thought
to
myself,
and
my
legs
trembled.
Due
to
the
spacing
between
stores,
the
store
has
closed
down
due
to
fire,
and
then
closed
down
again,
only
to
come
back
like
a
phoenix.
Did
the
owner
change
each
time
or
did
the
policy
change
and
it
is
still
there?
It
was
a
store
that
I
had
to
check.
The
last
time
I
visited
by
myself,
the
service
was
bad
and
I
ended
up
staying
away,
but
I
didn't
know
that
before
I
knew
it,
it
had
returned
to
a
nice,
high-class
restaurant...I'll
be
going
again.
