三ノ宮駅から徒歩2分。70年の伝統をもつ神戸の老舗洋食店”グリル一平 三宮店”に行って参りました。 こちらはその歴史の長さの通り、1952年の開業から4代にわたって秘伝のレシピを受け継ぎ、ここでしか頂けない老舗洋食の味を楽しめる、神戸の洋食文化を愉しむのにはうってつけの名店です。 今回は、洋食の顔ともいえる「ヘレビーフカツレツ 」「タンシチュー」を頂きました。 ヘレビーフカツレツは、分厚いタイプの肉で、レアに仕上げていました。中のお肉はとにかく柔らかく、口に入れた瞬間に噛むというより溶けるといった感覚。かかっているデミグラスソースは5日かけて作る、初代より受け継いできたソースとのことで、とにかく味の奥深さに、旨味が深いです。カツの衣はソースでしっとりですが、噛み応えのあるサクサク感もしっかり残っており、食べ応えがあり、かつ口の中で溶けて滲み出る肉の甘味とソースの旨味が絡み合い、絶妙な味付けが最高の美味しかったです。 タンシチューについては、とにかく素材の味を活かしつつ、時間をかけて丁寧に調理されたとにかく柔らかいタンが、食べた瞬間に絶頂に連れて行ってくれます。 とにかくじっくり煮込まれ、味の深みがこれ以上ないくらいの魅力を出しており、噛むたびに満足度が増していきます。 かなり人気店で、行列ができ予約も難しいお店ではありますが、並ぶだけの価値のある洋食の名店に大満足でした。 【頂いたメニュー】 ・【肉料理】サラダ・ライス付き ヘレビーフカツレツ 130g　2,500円 脂身のかなり少ない最高級オーストラリア産のヘレ肉を厚めにカットし少しレアで提供するグリル一平の一押し料理。 ・タンシチュー　2,800円 アメリカ産の極上タンをじっくり煮込み、臭みを消し柔らかく仕上げたシチューです。 ・RED WINE Quota Primitivo IGT(クオータ プリミティーボ) ボトル　3,500円 （スパイシーで厚みのあるミディアムボディの味わい）

Went at dinner time, ordered "Beef cutlet(old style )" volume was about 80g with rice set. Good taste, especially rich flavored sauce. Staff was very friendly. Nice casual restaurant !

Mix fry teishoku (lunch) came with two massive fried prawns, a thick scallop, and a cutlet of minced meat with demi-glacé sauce all on a bed of shredded cabbage for JPY 1,100. Bam!

Oh man the food here is just awesome. The cutlet is so delicious, no wonder it's always lining up.

The waiter is ruthless. The store will close early and prevent customers from eating. A trip for nothing.

ONE OF THE BEST DISHES I’VE HAD IN JAPAN the Beef Katsu and omurice is a must order.

Grill Ippei Sannomiya store Fillet beef cutlet 130g The soft and thick beef was fried rare and I could feel the flavor of the meat and was able to eat it until the end. The demi-glace sauce and the two types of dressing provided at the table were also delicious. I was the last to line up at around 19:00 on the middle of a 3-day holiday, but the order had been stopped past the last order time, so I recommend arriving early. (Since the menu was handed to them when they lined up and the order was taken, the food was served smoothly from the moment they were seated.)

I went to Sannomiya on a business trip and went to Grill Ippei for Western food. There were 13 groups waiting at 12:30 on weekdays, and since I entered alone, I went to the counter without 2 groups. The store is clean and the staff are cheerful and efficient, making me feel very comfortable. It rarely comes, so I ate a big meal lol I received a 130g beef cutlet and a regular size omelet rice. The omelet rice is orthodox, but the ketchup rice with lots of butter is topped with mini ham, tiny onions, and demi-glace sauce. It was simple, rich and delicious. And I chose the larger beef cutlet size (130g). There was also plenty of demi-glace sauce, and when you looked at the inside of the beef cutlet, it looked nice and rare, and this beef cutlet was so soft that you could cut it with chopsticks. Garnished with cabbage, potato salad, and ketchup macaroni. I was very satisfied with the delicious beef cutlet I had for the first time in a while. Thank you for your delicious meal. If you are lining up in the middle of winter, please wear warm clothes.

I received a 130g fillet beef cutlet for 3000 yen. The rare and tender beef cutlet and demi-glace sauce were so delicious that I ate 130g of it in one go. The omelet rice of the customer next door also looked very delicious.

Went for early dinner, no wait. They have a menu in English. Beef cutlet (thick, 100g) was good. Omurice wasn't. Quick and friendly service.

Great Japanese beef cutlets and their homemade brown sauce is delicious . Their deep fried oysters are also seasonal only during winter . Price is fair and food is delicious . Lunch queue is sometimes long so be prepared to queue.

Best tonkatsu hands down. Beef is so tender. Also must order beef tongue stew. Good value for money but I have to wait in line 30 minutes for monday lunch.
