TOURISTS BEWARE! The restaurant will overcharge when you pay your bill, so double check the final amount before paying. We ordered 1 Kobe beef 200g (¥9000), 1 Kyushu A5 sirloin steak (¥4200), 1 garlic rice (¥1200) and 2 medium draft beers (¥550). Total should've been ¥15,500, but the lady tried to charge us ¥30,000! Almost double the amount! It couldn't have been a doubling error because it's a whole number and we saw her enter the amount manually into the till when we paid. We noticed what she was trying to do and mentioned the discrepancies. She acted like it was a mistake, but it was very obvious that she tried to overcharge us because we're tourists and non-Japanese (I'm white and my wife is Chinese). Truly a shame they have such shady business practices as the food was delicious. Not sure if the lady was just a bad xenophobic staff member, or one of the family members that owns the restaurant - I'm thinking it's the latter as we did see her taking care of her kids inside the store while we were dining there.

I've had Kobe beef before and to be honest I never really saw what all the fuss was about. I changed my mind after visiting this Teppanyaki. Without sounding over dramatic, this was probably the best beef I've ever had. The Kobe beef was literally melt in the mouth stuff, marble texture, juicy and full of flavour. It was so good we ordered it again. The service was polite and attentive and they accommodated us even though we didn't reserve a table. If I'm ever passing by this part of the world again I'll definitely stop by once more.

Real good. Wish they had more choices of Kobe beef. They have only one which is sirloin Kobe $80 a plate. So yummm. Couldn't make a reservation ourselves since the automatic answer machine was in Japanese. Luckily the place was not so busy so we got seats.

This small family-owned restaurant didn’t disappoint! For a spontaneous trip to Kobe the next day we called and had a reservation the next day. Not the fanciest place as it felt like a regular izakaya but it was literally THE BEST BEEF we every had! It was like an orgasm in my mouth. The beef was marbled to perfection paired with some red wine. We ordered their 2 Uni/beef/caviar sushi,A5 Beef carpaccio w/ italian truffle and garlic paste, 2 servings of 200g A5 Sirloin Kobe Steak, Garlic Rice. We paid ¥31,000 for everything including a bottle of a decent red wine. Honestly this is a no brainer. Please do me a favor and just book here!!! The owner and staffs were very accommodating and they even tried to speak English to us even though I can speak a little bit of Japanese.

It's my first time to try the Kobe beef. Honestly not that inspiring as people told me. But the vegetable comes with the steak is fine and the oyster taste not too bad as well.

No need to say, the A5 Wagu is just to die for!!!!!! Of course it’s not cheap, but All foods are delicious, and drinks are also at very decent price! Definitely will go again.

Delicious food and the fried rice is dope! You can only order fried rice or curry rice when ordering the beef course. They have English menu btw.

The raw meat was awesome. And I really loved the curry rice. Unfortunately the curry rice is only available for people who ordered the Kobe beef. There's only 2 of us and too much food!! I would love to only have the curry rice. Best curry rice I ever had. Yums! I didn't think the chef speciality beef was worth it. It's some cold beef served with peppercorns.

Worth the high rating on google. Jus go for the No. 1 beef on the menu, it makes every other beef in their menu pale in comparison. Grilled shrimps n scallop was fried to perfection.

Our Airbnb host recommended this place for Kobe Beef. It's worth every cent. The Kobe Beef steak costs 8000 Yen for a 200 gram steak. The owner is very very nice and friendly. Love every minute there.
