😠 The otter looked really frightened and kept avoiding human contact. Its fur looked unhealthy. The staff looked like they hated their jobs. It's like a hostess cafe with an unwitting otter prostituting itself to customers. I left the cafe feeling really sad for the otter. People often mention animals, otter,

The animals seemed very stressed and it smells really bad in there. There's no fresh air and it's really hot.

These otters are poached from the wild, have nothing close to a normal diet and live in filth and misery, do not go, the world is watching Japan and does not like what its sees.

Stressed out otters who will bite because they are traumatized... tiny cages with nowhere to roam or swim. We left feeling sad and are still upset just thinking about it...

Not all animal cafés are total rip-offs, but this one is. Advertising made it sound like the original 1200 yen price allowed me to hold the animals as much as I wanted, turned out I could choose just ONE to hold for THREE minutes at and extra 500 yen.

I did not read the reviews before going. The photos are deceiving, animals in very small cages and very stressed animals. Very sad. Please learn about animal enrichment as they could never be released back to the wild.

Small cages, stressed out animals, no place for prey animals to hide. Don't go!
