落ち着いた感じのある美術館です。小磯良平と深い親交の有った六代目武田長兵衛、武田薬品工業のコレクションが観られる企画展観れて、良かったです。油彩画、素描、特に薬用植物画の原画が妙に嵌まりました。美術館としての機能以外、大人、子供向けのワークショップの展開が佳いですね、あと 移設された小磯良平のアトリエが雰囲気有って暫し眺めてしまいました。

大倉山近くで産まれたんですね。大正 、昭和の人々の様子、生活が描かれています。中庭にアトリエが再現されています。代表的な作品というより、身近な作品が大半でした。

収蔵作品が正統派で美しく、企画展も骨太で見応えがあります。 建物は華美でなく重厚過ぎず小磯良平作品を体現したような美しさがあります。特に、中庭にある移築された小磯良平のアトリエがいいアクセントを醸しており、展示室を出ると目に飛び込む昭和感はコンクリートと石の冷たさを和らげてくれます。

こじんまりとした美術館です。 落ち着いて鑑賞出来るので良いですね。

やっぱり女性の絵は美しいですねぇ〜。私は手塚治虫が描く女性に似ているような気がしました。ポストカードを買おうと思いましたが、あまりの種類の少なさに唖然としました。ミュージアムショップの品揃えが残念ですね、せっかくの小磯の記念館なのに。ただ絵画は素晴らしいです。

六甲アイランド北口駅降りてすぐです。三宮から乗り継ぎしなければならない為か、日曜なのに空いていました(近くのホテルから三宮行きのバスがありました。小銭¥400の用意を)ゆっくり見て廻れて満足。横長で思ったより展示品が多く、じっくり見ていると2時間以上かかりそう。館内には椅子が多く(トイレは利用していないので分かりませんが)階段無く、バリアフリーで車椅子にも優しいです。ただ説明文の位置が下の方なので、立っていると腰を屈めて読まないといけません。また文字が小さめのは読みにくい。全体に静かで落ち着いて鑑賞出来る建物だと思います。移転した小磯良平のアトリエも良い感じ。

神戸で生まれその生涯の創作活動を神戸で過ごした小磯良平氏の公立としては最大級の美術館です。 『六甲アイランド』リバーモールの北の端にあり、食事等その他も楽しめますよ。 モチロン展示品も見応え充分‼️‼️

この1年で2回ほど伺った。 1回目は竹中郁さんとのつながりを中心にした展示の時だったが、これは同じく六甲アイランドにある神戸ゆかりの美術館で川西英さんの展示があったときにほぼついでみたいな感じで立ち寄った。でもこのときはこちらの小磯記念美術館の展示の方が好きでこんな友情すごいなと感動した。たまごサンドもふわふわでピクルス付きで美味しかった🫑 2回目はひがしなだかるた重ね捺しスタンプラリーと、リアル謎解きゲームのミュージアムと不思議な扉のために。知らない(すみません)漫画家の方の展示だったが読みたくなるような内容で楽しかった。重ね捺しスタンプは展示が全部終わって出口手前にあり、謎解きゲームは常設の小磯先生のアトリエ部分がヒントだった ひょうごe-県民のアプリをみせると入場料割引になった😌

小磯良平さんの絵画を常設している美術館ですが、注意が必要です。 年に一回程度ですが、小磯さんとは異なる企画展があり、この期間は40点ぐらいしか小磯さんの絵画を見ることができません。 「小磯記念美術館」となっているので、油断しました。私は小磯さんの絵画をしっかり観たかったので、残念な結果となりました。 ただ、アトリエが移築されていたり、美術館職員さんからの説明があったりと、良い美術館であることに間違いはありません。 また、リベンジして、再評価したいと思います。
